主人很熱心，借我們地墊到海邊，因為我們為沙灘準備不夠齊全。民宿有客廳也有小溜滑梯，很適合小小孩。工業復古風的裝飾滿對我們口味😃 + 房間的床鋪與被套質地舒適，床很大，軟硬適中，快2歲的小孩睡得很安穩。窗外還能看到滿月，非常幸運的夜晚。地理位置很棒，尤其對有小小孩家庭，鮪魚公園、王船文化館就在走路六七分鐘距離，東港轉運站也都在一區，很短腳程可到。 離全家很近，附近的日本料理「ㄧ敘食事」很精緻、「新東津鮪魚飯湯」超好吃，很台式料理，老闆與老闆娘都對小孩很熱情，大人可以好好吃頓飯。 − 熱水水壓很不穩

旅行就是要有小小意外與驚喜才會有記憶點。 + 從東港轉運站至民宿不到１０分鐘腳程，當日早上管家來電告知房間冷氣異常，協調轉住其他民宿，兩間都位在安靜的社區裏，離東港夜市也近。 管家熱心介紹週邊景點，騎著民宿提供腳踏車逛遍大街小巷至很晚回到安排的民宿，讓小管家久候我們的光臨，實在不好意思。 − 知道有些民宿有提供餅乾和飲料，當晚小管家有招待客廳桌上的餅乾，公共區也有提供即溶包沖泡；因有買需冷藏的食物，打開冰箱感到有點亂，看到像似管家準備的飲料與喝(開)過的飲料杯及其他食物放在一起，是否在冰箱上貼告示／提醒，旅客較易分辨與遵守。
