Bravi tutti + location insuperabile buona qualità/ prezzo Cambio biancheria anche tutti i giorni ottimo caffè americano − Consiglierei piú brioches e scegliete stanza dal 1° piano in sú xchè ogni tanto si sente il passaggio della metro, però sopportabile anché xchè di notte non funziona fino alle 5.30 e termina a mezzanotte

Excellent stay and value for money. + Staff we're very friendly and helpful. Opposite Paddington Station, very short walk. plenty of great places to eat and drink. Pool table which my boys loved. − Having to climb 4 floors, roughly 7 flights of stairs to get to the room. Stairs we're steep the higher we went.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at Shakespeare Hotel + Excellent location and breakfast − It was pretty warm in the room, but that was expected. The bed was OK but not great.

This is small basic economy accommodation near transport not suitable if stairs and luggage are a problem. + The best thing about the place was its proximity to Paddington station. This made it easy to arrive from Heathrow and to depart for my next destination. It is also close to canals for a nice walk and there are plenty of food outlets close by. Also liked that there was an opening window and a fan. − I booked the budget economy for one night and just needed somewhere to stay. The room was super small which was just ok but dragging my heavy luggage up about 40 steps was hard work. Having said that, overall it was ok and I am booked in for another night before travelling back to Heathrow in a couple of weeks because it is very conveniently located.

Hervorragende Lage + gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis + Die Lage nähe Paddington (2 underground Linien), Hyde Park zu Fuß erreichbar, diverse preiswerte Restaurants in Gehnähe − Wenn man das Fenster weiter öffnen könnte, könnte man das Zimmer noch besser durchlüften! Das Doppelbett ist etwas schmal, aber für eine Mutter + Kind ausreichend Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die frischen Waffeln und die Wassermelonen ein Genuss. Es gab neben Müsli, Toast, Butter + Marmelade auch Wurst, Käse, beans+scrambled egg. Wenn man auch nach der Frühstückszeit sitzen bleiben und quatschen kann, wäre es perfekt!

Hotel correcte ben ubicat + Hotel molt ben ubicat, a 5 minuts de l'estació de Paddington (amb tren i diverses línies de metro que connecten al centre). A 10 minuts de Hyde Park. Esmorzar correcte tot i que poc variat. Vam tenir un problema amb el terra del lavabo de l'habitació i ens van canviar d'habitació sense problema i ràpidament. Vam poder deixar les maletes tant a l'arribar (quan encara no teníem habitació disponible) com al marxar. La segona habitació que ens van donar era àmplia, amb nevera i espai per guardar roba (tot i que era tot obert, cap armari tancat) i quatre llits individuals prou còmodes. El lavabo, petit però correcte i renovat. Hi havia ventilador de peu però no ens va fer falta. Algunes persones de l'staff, molt amables. − És el típic hotel de Londres: sense ascensor, moltes escales... El menjador estava al soterrani, no era còmode però res d'extranyar. A la primera habitació que ens van donar, sortida aigua per les rajoles del lavabo, que no estava reformat, pe…

Très bon emplacement pour Londres à coté de Paddington, pas loin de Hyde Park. − Le bruit à l'extérieur dans la nuit (les gens qui criaient) le fait qu'on n'a pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre d'avantage (elle était bloqué)

+ Ottima la posizione! Pulizia non troppo male per essere a Londra. Colazione sufficiente seppure poco varia. − Per raggiungere il 4 piano è necessario inerpicarsi per scale strettissime ed impervie senza possibilità di un ascensore. La stanza è piccolina e poco accessoriata: basti dire che non funzionava neppure una delle abatjour sul comodino e che non era fornita di tappetino per il bagno. La vicinanza con la stazione metro e ferroviaria rende l'appartamento molto rumoroso.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel extrêmement bien situé. + Très bon rapport qualité prix. J’étais au deuxième étage chambre 211. La chambre pour une personne est petite mais tout de même confortable et propre. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours par un personnel adorable. La chambre est équipée d’une bouilloire et d’un ventilateur qui m’ont été bien utiles. Étant en solo trip le petit déjeuner inclus était vraiment pratique, il est servi un petit peu tôt pour moi mais c’est subjectif. Le personnel était extrêmement agréable. Il y a effectivement le bruit du métro cependant depuis ma chambre qui donne sur le petit square Park, ce n’était pourtant pas dérangeant. Si vous avez besoin d’un silence absolu cela ne vous conviendra peut être pas. Si cela ne vous dérange pas le bruit sourd du métro est acceptable tant que votre chambre n’est pas au rez de chaussée. Je suis très satisfaite de cette hôtel, la station Paddington est au bout de la rue et contient les lignes les plus importante…

+ We liked the location of the hotel, and liked having a ground floor room. The staff were helpful and our room was clean and tidy. We thought it was good value for money and enjoyed the breakfast which was included. − Only one thing the TV wasn't working.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a good location with friendly staff. + I liked the friendliness of the staff and the location - so convenient for the Heathrow Express and in a lovely leafy square with a lot of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Very good pricing, too considering location. It's a simple hotel - not beautiful but perfectly good for the price. You get a basket of fruit with the room too! − The single beds were very narrow.

Disappointing stay with uncomfortable beds, cramped room and underwhelming customer service. Would stay elsewhere in fut + Good location. − Room was too small. Reception staff were at best, curt and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, in fact I’ve had a bad back since the first night in the hotel. Also kept up on the first night cause of constant banging and opening and closing of doors of the room next to us like a party was going on, and when I complained, little was done about it. Might be okay as a hostel for young people on the sesh or backpackers, which I think is probably the main clientele, but very poor value for money for a couple spending a weekend on a city break. The fruit plate offered as a welcoming gift was a nice touch to be fair.
