Would not stay again + Clean and modern − The loudness of been in an end room and the exit door slamming all night long when brought to the staff they were dismissive and nothing was offered or resolved just that they were fully booked and it’s busy in and out , we left early as non of our family slept .

+ Het was schoon − Airco maakte vreselijke lawaai maar als je deze uitzette was het benauwd, er kon geen raam open. De bedden waren oncomfortabel en de kussens waren gewoon plat. Het ontbijt kan je beter overslaan

It was an okay stay, breakfast was good ,I just wish the cleaning staff were friendlier and would’ve been nicer if our b + The front desk workers were helpful and prompt in answering our calls and assisting us. They were welcoming − The cleaning staff kept knocking at our door 30mins earlier than our check out time which was rude,more than twice even after we told them we are still there. Same thing happened last time we were staying there ,they started knocking continuously from 11:30am yet check out is 12pm. Our bathroom was dirty. The shower had mold and for some reason on our second stay this time around we were given a room with a very small bathroom compared to last time

rooms were the right size for a large family and comfortable beds + New location so quiet − Breakfast seemed short had to ask For cleaning when we were missed and they still didn’t do a proper garbages beds and kitchen lots were left bed unmade

Se pierden objetos de valor durante tu estancia, ya no es una opción para familias + La ubicación − Que durante la estancia se me perdieron unos audífonos nuevos y costos (Beats Solo 4), pregunté por ellos y nadie dio razón. Siempre me he hospedado tanto en USA como en Canada en esta cadena de Hoteles (Hilton) y en esta línea de Hoteles (Home2Suites) pero no lo volveré a hacer. De igual forma, se suponía que estos hoteles tenían una lógica de aparestudios para familias en los que pudieras cocinar algo sencillo, esto ya no es posible porque quitaron la posibilidad de cocinar.
