+ The rooms were clean. Staff were helpful. − We arrived before check in time and the only rooms available were on the lower floors. We were ok with that, except we didn't realise it was a smoking room.Make sure your room is in a non smoking floor if you don't smoke!

I would stay at this hotel again. + The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a free laundry room, which was essential for travelers on a month-long trip. What impressed me most was the friendly and helpful staff – a truly warm and welcoming experience! Also worth mentioning is the hotel restaurant; the food was excellent, delicious, and visually appealing, and surprisingly inexpensive. − None

Really comfortable hotel with good location + Quality proposed by Holiday Inn is much higher than usual for this chain. The room was very comfortable, with good bedding and proper bathroom space. We could also enjoy a nice view over the city (18th floor). Good connection with metro station just nearby and walking distance to Yingze park and Zhonglu Street. − Nothing
