+ Notre séjour ici a été paisible. Nous étions à distance de marche des marchés locaux et du centre-ville. La communication via l'application était un excellent atout et la navette aller/retour était également pratique. Nous avons aussi trouvé un beau café - The Memory café à proximité. Nous n'hésiterions pas à séjourner ici à nouveau ni à recommander à nos amis et à notre famille d'y séjourner. Merci pour notre séjour !

Hautement recommandé, vous ne serez pas déçu + Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Bell. La villa était impeccable, spacieuse, privée et magnifique avec une superbe piscine et tout ce dont on peut rêver. L'application était géniale pour demander des services tels que la navette ou le ménage à une heure précise, mais le point fort était Annie à la réception, qui n'aurait pas pu être plus serviable. Elle nous a donné un numéro WhatsApp pour la contacter pendant notre séjour et nous avons eu une légère urgence médicale et elle a répondu à mon texto de minuit en appelant un médecin alors qu'elle n'était même pas en service ! Vraiment un endroit charmant et relaxant où séjourner, hautement recommandé, j'aimerais y retourner un jour.

Bon, séjour pour une famille de 4 + 1 bébé + Le voyage n'a pas bien commencé à cause de la fonction de recherche confuse de Hotels.com. Elle utilise les « chambres » comme critère de recherche, donc si vous cherchez 2 chambres, et que vous recherchez 2 chambres, même si vous choisissez UNE villa avec 2 chambres, vous finissez par réserver pour 2 villas, ce qui est ce qui nous est arrivé. L'hôtel a eu la gentillesse de nous rembourser 3 nuits sur 5 lorsque nous nous en sommes rendu compte à l'enregistrement. Le séjour était correct. Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place, ce qui était un peu ennuyeux au final étant donné le menu limité pour 5 nuits. Vous devez tout réserver (ménage, débarrassage des plateaux-repas, etc.) via une application - votre créneau sélectionné n'est pas garanti. La communication sur l'application est aussi devenue un peu frustrante car des couacs se sont produits (le ménage ne s'est pas présenté, ou s'est présenté au mauvais moment quand le bébé faisait la sieste). Le personnel était agréable et toujours souriant cependant, ce qui aide. Avec le recul, nous aurions probablement préféré un endroit en bord de plage pour avoir une certaine variété d'expositions (nous voyagions…

+ We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

An amazing place to stay! + We had an amazing stay at the Bell Pool Villas and can’t wait to return! The accommodation is ideal for a larger family with older children. It’s very spacious and one of the largest in Phuket. The pool is absolutely amazing and it’s huge! Surrounded by a gorgeous tropical garden. It really does feel like you’re in paradise. The staff are amazing and go over and above to ensure you are happy. A big shout out to Melody, Annie and Rose, who made our stay so special. Melody in particular was fabulous and booked all our experiences and some amazing restaurants for us too, thank you! We will be back again soon!

Romantic Getaway + Absolutly beautiful inside the location space and secure with electric door entry way. The reception staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. Your personal villa is exactly what you see in the photos. Little oasis with plants surrounding the fence line and pool. The main bedroom is open and spacious with the air con pumping on arrival. Food was lovely. We ordered a couple of times. Breakfast always arrived on time within the time frame requested. You have to order the night before so if you suddenly feel like breakfast the next morning you can’t order through the hotel. We requested a romantic dinner for our 2 year anniversary. They set up candles and roses and catered to us for 2 hours. I would highly recommend these Villas if you want a romantic getaway. It’s not far from Kamala beach as well

Very very nice + We moved to The Bell after our first villa in Kamala failed to meet the standard that was promised on the booking site. The Bell was very very good! We had a lovley 3 bedroom Villa for 5 nights. The villa was good and the service was excellent. We can recommend the in villa dining option where you order through The Bells own app

Perfect for Muslim travellers!!!! + Amazing!The villa is clean and beautiful, peaceful, serene and fully private.Halal food options and such attentive staff. Not beachfront but they provide free shuttle services through and from the beach. Everything is ordered through an App which is so convenient and effective. We had the In villa BBQ dinner which was delicious and special. My boys loved every bit of the resort and is planning to be back again soon!

Private pool villa allowing privacy and quiet + Great idea to have a cluster of rooms as a private pool villa within a services resort. The service was all on app. We had to preorder whatever we needed - limited drinks service and a nice 3 course breakfast preordered was delivered hot. Rooms were comfortable, pool was clean, nice living dining space. The pool deck was a nice place to hang out. They have a massage service which can be pre booked too. Great value for money and close proximity to Kamala beach
