− There was many tiny flies in the rooms on the 1st day. After complain and cleared there come back on the last day of our stay.

Okropny + Nic − OKROPIEŃSTWO. Naprawdę nie wiem jak booking może wystawiać ten hotel na swojej stronie i nie rozumiem, jakim cudem ma tak dobre opinie. Byłam w Wietnamie 3 tygodnie, nocowałam w wielu miejscach i każde z nich było lepsze niż to a był to mój najdroższy nocleg! W żadnym miejscu na świecie nie czułam się tak oszukana. Pierwsze wrażenie jest ok - ładna recepcja, ogród etc ale wystarczy wejść do łazienki w recepcji - jest brudna, stara, śmierdząca i ciemna, nie ma papieru ani ręczników. Potem pokój - ewidentnie dawno nie był remontowany, brudne ściany i podłoga. Brudna pościel. Ludzie piszą o twardych materacach, był to zdecydowanie najmniejszy problem. W pierwszym pokoju popsute drzwi. Lodówka wygląda jak po powodzi. Brudne nawet kable od lampek nocnych. Używane szklanki i talerzyki przez cały pobyt nie były wymienione ani umyte. Sprzątanie pokoju ograniczało się do pościelenia łóżka i wyrzucenia śmieci. Łazienka. To oddzielny rozdział i temat rzeka. W pierwszym pokoj…

Hidden gem with excellent service and nice prize + Great choice to switch to this hotel. Warm welcome at reception and very good communication via phone and WhatsApp. Large bathroom, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast (loved the fried rice). Nice pool with bar. Service was outstanding from arrival to departure. Good value for money and ideal for solo travelers. − A bit far from the city center and the beach.
