Very Pleasant!. + The rooms were very comfortable with great views!. The staff was very helpful. Especially Chifae. She was very polite and helpful. Generally the entire staff was very helpful. − There was only one resturant on the roof top. Whilst the views were great, the food was not quite upto the mark. However the breakfast was generally nice!.

Hotel sin ascensor con 6 pisos a subir y bajar + Las vistas y alguna de las habitaciones − La falta de ascensor, la lentitud del personal del restaurante en la noche (hora y media esperando porque perdieron la comanda) y piscina muy pequeña.

Agréable + L’emplacement, la propriété du lieu et la qualité des chambres. − Nous avons attendu près de 30 min avant qu’on nous donne l’accès à la chambre or qu’on que nous sommes venus bien après 15h. Le check-in a 15h et le check-out a 11h

Not as expected + Location − Unfortunately, my stay at Taj Chefchaouen did not meet luxury-hotel standards. The restaurant appeared understaffed, we often had to request service and collect the menus ourselves, and the food selection was limited. When I needed to shorten my stay due to an emergency, my request was immediately refused without any attempt to assist. My room was not cleaned, there was no spa receptionist, my laundry was not collected despite three requests, the safe required repair, and there was no kettle in the room. The hotel also has no elevator, making access difficult for elderly guests and those with mobility needs—something that should be clearly disclosed before booking. Overall, the hotel needs better staffing, customer-service training and attention to guests’ needs.

+ De rust de liefdevolle behandeling van het personeel. De ontvangst en dat je nergens aan hoeft te denken alles word voor je geregeld. Shifae en haar collega van de receptie hebben mij als een Princess behandeld. De schoonmaak stond altijd paraat, en de bediening stond altijd klaar. Spa en massage werden door llaila gedaan, de dame was erg professioneel en wist wat ze deed. Al met al wil je rusten en ontstressen dan is dit hotel zeker een aanrader. The view was amazing. De kamer was op en top ik heb er geen spijt van en zeker de moeite waard om elk jaar terug te komen om een paar dagen bij te komen van de vakantie − Heel eerlijk helemaal niks

Chifae and the entire staff were wonderful. My wife and I were celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary. Faizah went out + The hotel was very elegant and our room had a beautiful blue bathtub with a view overlooking the rooftops of the city. Our room’s balcony was huge and had a swing at the end of it. The rooftop restaurant had a great view, the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.
