Magical, extraordinary! You are missing out if you don’t stay here! + The Roundwood House is the most magical place! You become immersed in the history of the time in this beautiful manor because the old home is filled with so many historical paintings, furniture and books. The library is something to be experienced! The drawing room with the fire in the fireplace was so cozy. Hannah and Paddy are wonderful . The dinner was incredible. We met the most interesting fellow travelers. This stay has become perhaps the best one on our three week trip. I didn’t want to leave!

Tolle Erfahrung in einem alten Herrenhaus. Man muss jedoch Abstriche beim Komfort machen.

Beautiful manor/grounds and gracious owner/staff + Roundhouse was wonderful! Gorgeous grounds, beautifully maintained old manor, delicious and generous breakfast. The owner and her husband were gracious and so friendly as well as their staff. We checked in a bit late (8pm) and were greeted with lovely tea in the drawing room before going to bed. Don't miss a visit to the beautiful library on the property that the owner's father built! Rooms very spacious and comfortable. They have the cutest dog that greeted us upon arrival as well! I am a travel advisor and plan to book clients here when booking Ireland travel. − Nothing!! Just the fact that we didn't plan better to be able to stay 2 nights OR at least have arrived earlier to enjoy the grounds and a walk.

It is, by far, the best B&B I have ever stayed at in Ireland in over 14 years of visiting + You can not ask for a more idyllic setting for a manor house. Perfect in every way

Beautiful old country house! + Such a beautiful place to stay. I stayed here between working and it was so comfortable and charming. It is a 1700s country house and its character is still felt. Thank you to Hannah and Marie who I met. The breakfast was so beautiful. The atmosphere; quaint. I would love to return!

Danke!

Lovely Irish country getaway with amazing food and people + Just lovely people as hosts with outstanding food. Loved spending an evening here as we crossed Ireland − Nothing. Just be ready for a historical experiences as the home was built many years ago and they have preserved it very well.

perfectly orchestrated experience in every detail + This was a wonderful place to stay—much more than just a night’s accommodation. It is a perfectly orchestrated experience, where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. From the warm welcome, to the magnificent dinner served at the communal table (an experience not to be missed), followed by a relaxing evening in the library or a peaceful walk through the beautiful gardens, every moment was memorable. − I am sure there must be negative but I can’t recall any. It was just perfect

Genuin upplevelse i rustik herrgård + Individuellt inredda rum med mysiga detaljer. Mycket god middagsmat − Lite lyhört mot djuren om man har rum vid ena gaveln
