+ Durant notre séjour: absence d’eau chaude pendant 24h et alarme incendie tôt le matin. Les portes coupe feu donnant accès aux escaliers étaient semi-bloquées par des chariots de buanderie. Assez dangereux.

+ I booked this hotel for a business trip for the week. Upon arrival the hotel did not have any confirmation of my booking, despite email from Expedia confirming my booking and also the payment being made in full prior to my stay. The hotel had a spare room for one night then I had to leave the following morning and seek alternative accommodation, which was extremely inconvenient. I travel a lot and have used Expedia for most of trips, I have never experienced this before. The hotel didn't do enough to try to rectify the situation and didn't seem at all bothered about asking me to leave to find alternative accommodation. I never had an apology and never received the confirmation email from the hotel that I requested to confirm the situation. Very disappointing all round.

+ Wonderful stay: beautiful and comfortable room, easy access to metro stops, safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff was très génial. Rue de Clichy near to Montmartre, saint lazare, Galleries Layfayette, great restaurants. Did not receive the VIP amenity though, but ca c’est très bon.

Hotel R de Paris + Beautiful hotel with wonderful front desk. We loved the king bed, large bathroom with window. Television was small but okay. Great location on Rue de Clichy.
