Je regrette mon vêtement + chambre état neuf, propre, calme. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant − Je me suis aperçue en arrivant chez moi que j'avais oublié dans la chambre un tee shirt bleu marine. J'ai séjourné dans l'hotel jusque dans l'après midi, le ménage avait donc dû être fait, personne ne m'a signalé mon oubli. C'est regrettable. je fréquente votre chaine, j'avoue que je suis très déçue.

A handy hotel near the main stations of Paris. + A good hotel near to both Gare de l'Est and Gare de Nord and close to local metro services. There were plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, specifically Bouillon Julien a fantastic art nouveau dining establishment. The hotel was clean and the service from staff was excellent. The AC worked well which was needed in the 35 degree heat. − The bed was very cozy for two people.

+ Café da manha bom, equipe do café bem atenciosa. − Atendimento de recepção ruim. Nao completaram os itens básicos de higiene dentro do chuveiro, com isso nao havia sabonete nem condicionador. Nao tem telefone para comunicar a recepção. elevador atende tanto funcionarios quanto clientes, mas as funcionárias ficam segurando a porta do elevador o dia todo. localização muito ruim.

Très bien. J’aime le côté Jazz du hôtel. + Les personnels sont très gentils et solidaire. Le petit-déjeuner est bien, mais il manque de fruits rouges et saisonniers.

+ Quelle belle surprise. Arrivés de la gare de l'est, à peine à 10 min à pied, vous arrivez à la réception d'un charmant petit hôtel. Le personnel y est vraiment agréable et serviable, la chambre n'était pas encore prête mais nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en sécurité. Les chambres sont vraiment agréables et propre, la literie est parfaite, petit plus avec l'eau fraiche, et le café et infusion dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment super, varié et frais. Nous recommandons vivement.
