    + Staff was excellent Cleansing is perfect Food quality was fair Facilities are comfortable − No all-inclusive option while my reservation was paid as full-board, then all drinks on pool and other entertainment places were charged, which wasn't fair

    They need so much learning about hospitality standards + Bad experience, bad attitude from staff − Beach is so bad, it’s not North coast sea at all. Pool is not clean. House keeping are not professional and respond lately always.
