Sehr empfehlenwertes Hotel in Herceg Novi. + Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Es ist eine Garage und Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehe komfortabel vor allem wenn man mit dem Auto die Gegend erkundigen möchte. − Evtl. die Lage und der Weg zum Strand. Ich denke das es einfacher föllt wenn die Temperaturen nicht so hoch sind.

un hôtel très agréable pour visiter Herceig Novi + établissement très fonctionnel et de taille normale bien situé pour visiter Herceig Novi. La vieille ville est à 10 min à pied par le front de mer. Tous les commerces sont accessibles en bas de l’hôtel. La plage privée assez grande est à côté du restaurant de l’hôtel. Le restaurant propose des plats variés et locaux de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuné est très bon. La piscine sur le toit est exceptionnelle. − L’emplacement de l’hôtel nécessite de traverser une route pour descendre à la plage qui présente beaucoup de circulation. Attention aux 120 marches à remonter pour rentrer de la plage en cas de mobilité réduite.

Just perfect + Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, pretty big apartments. Excellent breakfast, and the roof swimming pool is amazing. Staff is just best of the best.

What looked like a “par for the course” experience, was elevated to exceptional by the staff and Marija. + The staff, especially the manager Marija where beyond exceptional. The few facilities issues inconveniences where overshadowed by their above and beyond efforts. I honestly can not thank them enough. − The only inconvenience was the lack of a second AC unit in the bedroom. Having said that, it was more in my mind than reality. At the end of the day it was not an issue.

Awful. Don’t bother booking this shit hole. + Not much. The room reeked of stale cigarettes and the air conditioner couldn’t even keep the room it was in cool. Forget the main bedroom. The manager offered us an alternative but we had to accept then and there as it was meant for another customer. − Everything. It was like Fawlty Towers.

Highly recommend + Beautiful property with everything you could need. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Hotel breakfast had a good selection. Easy parking for guests. View from rooftop pool is a showstopper. That, alongside beach club access makes this the perfect stay. Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Location is good, easy to get to the beach and to main attractions of the town. We were sad to leave! Looking forward to returning, thanks to Marija and team!

O amintire de neuitat. In special datorita oamenilor, frumosi atat fizic cat si ca atitudine fata + Micul dejun excelent. Mult peste asteptari. Locatia buna, cu acces la majoritatea zonelor de interes. Personalul de o calitate care a depasit cele mai inalte standarde, cu mult peste clasificarea hotelului.

+ Overall the hotel and staff were exceptional. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, very modern and fashionable. We were delighted with our room, all the facilities we needed. We were constantly laughing at our mini bar because we have never seen anything like it because it was crammed full of everything possible. The hotel team were exceptional and very accommodating in every way, the 3 Maria's. Thanks so much ladies who made our stay memorable. − The only disappointment was that our was at the rear of hotel and didn't have a view as backed on to a brick wall. We also had to change our stay by one day due to issues at the Croatian border as we didn't want to miss our flight home. We were hoping that the hotel would have been able to return some of the costs but didn't which was understandable due to their cancellation policies.
