+ La habitación era moderna y decorada de manera sencilla. − No había ascensor y las escaleras eran muy enpinadas, estrechas y no cabía el pie completo en el escalón, no tenía aire acondicionado y no había ventilador, hacía calor.

Horrible − Everything was fine during our stay, and we had no complaints until the end. Unfortunately, after sleeping in the room, we noticed bites on our bodies that made us suspect bed bugs. We immediately contacted the hotel staff and reported the issue. However, they told us that we had no evidence that the bites were caused by bed bugs and suggested that they could have been mosquito bites. The problem is that there were no mosquitoes in the room. We understand that without actually finding a bed bug, it may be difficult to confirm the cause, but we expected the hotel to take our concerns seriously and properly investigate the room. Unfortunately, we did not feel that our complaint was taken seriously. Although everything else was fine, this situation completely ruined our overall experience. If you don’t want to deal with the stress of potentially bringing bed bugs home with you, we would recommend avoiding this accommodation.

Non lo prenoterei di nuovo + Posizione vicina alla fermata del tram, in zona centrale − Struttura fatiscente, camere piccole e poco curate. Nelle scale per salire verso le camere, il corrimano era rotto con le viti in bella vista e molto pericolose e pericolanti. Gli asciugami in camera sono stati cambiati solo una volta, sotto nostra richiesta. Siamo stati 4 giorni (3 notti)

Bien pour une nuit ou deux + L’emplacement est intéressant, j’aimais bien le quartier − L’hôtel à deux côtés une fois à l’intérieur, on a prit du temps à trouver notre chambre. C’était un labyrinthe. En effet les chambres ainsi que la propriété en général ne sont pas exceptionnelles mais pour une nuit c’est largement suffisant.
