+ Przemiła i pomocna obsługa − Strefa SPA - Basen jest strasznie zaniedbany, jest obskurnie i niezbyt komfortowo ,tak samo sauny , nie można było swobodnie skorzystać z basenu ponieważ zagraniczni goście -mezczyzni hałasowali i zachowywali się okropnie gdzie większość gości musiała korzystać z basenu na zewnątrz i bali się wejść , zero personelu w tej strefie i zapewnienia innym gościom swobody.

+ Basen i wyglad zewnętrzny pałacu oraz miła obsługa. − Brud w pokojach. Mała powierzchnia. Brudna wykładzina. Plamy na łóżku. Córka w pokoju znalazła starą butelkę po piciu i czyjś prywatny ręcznik, który został po poprzednich lokatorach i nie został sprzątnięty. Pokoju bardziej wyglądał jak hostel dla robotników niż 4 gwiazdkowy hotel.

A beautiful and unique place with excellent food, but a few details prevent it from being a truly top-level experience. + Beautiful property in a fantastic setting. The surroundings, architecture and atmosphere of the hotel are truly exceptional and make the stay feel special. The restaurant was also a very strong point – excellent food and a very enjoyable dining experience. Overall, the location and character of the property are definitely worth a visit. − There was a noticeable smell of dampness in our room, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Unfortunately, the reception staff also made two mistakes during our stay. Neither issue was serious enough to ruin the experience, but at a hotel of this standard I would expect greater attention to detail and more consistent service.
