Está bien y esperemos que Mazatlan vuelva a subir en servicios e instalaciones + Que no había tanta gente porque la piscina no es muy grande y que no ponían banda como música en el área de alberca − Los alimentos pudieran estar mejor Y que una vez intenté pedir una bebida en la piscina y los dos chicos que atendían ni siquiera voltearon para atendernos y también por la mañana , a unos extranjeros rápido les dieron. Café y a nosotros tuvimos que pararnos para solicitar el servicio

Luna is a Palace! + First time in MZT and the Luna Palace. We got a better room than we had booked and it was on the 3rd floor with a great view off the bedroom balcony to the ocean, two queen beds and a separate living area with couch, Smart TV, table to eat at and a well equipped kitchen. AC worked adequately but was noisy so we ran to cool down at night then shut off for sleeping. The hotel is at the north end of the Golden Zone and is a very quiet area at night so we had great sleeps. Always hot water for morning showers and all the plumbing was fairly new and up to north american standards. We did all inclusive and it was fine. Breakfasts were hearty with an egg station for easy over, huevos ranchero or omelets, plus the side dishes of mexican dishes and tons of fresh fruit. Lunch and supper were an a la carte menu which got repetitive, however one could walk a few blocks down the street to the other Palace Hotels (Pacific, Oceano or Star) and partake in their buffet and restaura…

+ We loved the size of the room. There was plenty of space for two adults and three younger children. The beach was good, with soft sand and plenty of room to play. The kids liked the 3 slides into the pools. We did the breakfast-included plan and the breakfasts were good. − The location wasn't bad but it was a little further from the malecon than we liked. But there were lots of good restaurants near the hotel.

− 1.- no hubo servicio de maletero al llegar. 2.- no me incluyeron el desayuno en el paquete que porque no lo solicité, pedí pagarlo en ese momento y no aceptaron. 3.- El servicio de limpieza no incluye el balcón? desde que llegamos estaba sucio de "popo" de palomas, y cada día aumentaba, NUNCA LO LIMPIARON EL BALCON. 4.- después de tres años, cambiaré de hotel.... gracias

En general bien, solo detalles + En el Bufet faltaba comida era temprano y habia charolas vacias de comida, no mucha variedad − que eramos 4 y solo nos ponian toallas para 3, y avisábamos y decían ahorita va alguien y no iban.

agradable y familiar + el desayuno estaba muy rico el chef del restaurante es muy atento, la atención de la gente que te atiende es buena mucha calidez, la ubicación es muy tranquila podemos andar por el malecón y llegamos con fácil acceso al hotel. − que al momento de desayunar por parte de booking no se reflejaba el desayuno incluido y tardamos para poderlo validar la verdad es incomodo por que estuvimos desde las 7 am en el restaurante y teníamos que esperar al personal para validarlo hasta las 9:00 am al final si nos lo otorgaron pero deberían de cuidar esos detalles
