Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. − "Overall, this hotel suffers from very poor organization. For instance, you have to wait in line to check in for lunch, even when there are plenty of empty tables. It is incredibly frustrating to stand there watching people who finished breakfast hours ago just sitting around and playing on their phones. Getting a reservation for the evening restaurant is a complete joke. After several unsuccessful attempts, we simply gave up and didn't even bother going. The beach was closed for a few days supposedly due to 'high tide,' yet the beach at the neighboring Hilton resort was open and completely fine. The ocean entrance at Costa Sur is very rough and rocky with strong waves. We ended up just walking over to the Hilton to enjoy the soft sand and clear water, though there were quite a few vendors around. Be prepared to wait forever for the elevators, too. Having only two small elevators for a 14-story building drove us absolutely crazy. Furthermore, the bui…

Vacaciones del terror! + Nada! − Pésima experiencia, la forma en que manejan sus alimentos los transportan de un lado a otro si la higiene adecuada, las personas que atienden el snack no tienen ni el básico conocimiento de manejo de alimentos, pareciera que las tomaron de puesto de tacos, tocan los alimentos, se chupan los dedos y sirven comida, son un asco, hasta hoy sigo enfermo ya en casa bendito Dios, no me presentare al trabajo por mi enfermedad estomacal que me provocaron pésima experiencia, no recomendable. Albercas muy sucias, elevadores, tardaban mucho, sus mesas externas muy sucias y cuando llegaban y los meseros las limpiaban con trapos oliendo a bacterias, pésimo nos enfermamos mi esposa, yo, mi nieto y mi hija no puede ser las canciones del terror, no recomendable, deben de sacarlo ustedes de su lista no se expongan.

FAVOLOSO + Una splendida vacanza con la famiglia, sicuramente torneremo! Lo staff molto gentile partendo dalla reception alle donne delle pulizie. Camerieri che diventano amici dal primo giorno, le partite di volley in piscina + tantissimi giochi e attività hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile

servicio de comida regular casi a pesimo + tiene su playa y era tranquilo el mar − servicio de comida regular, tardan mucho en asignar mesa, hay poca variedad y se termina muy rápido la comida y tardan mucho en volver a llenar los recipientes de comida

You get what you pay for and I’m not mad about it ! + The location was everything the view breathtaking ! The staff 10/10 ! − It’s a little out dated, the food offered was very simple, and not many options. Also I thought I paid for all inclusive through Booking, but when I arrived it was a 168 dollar charge per day for all inclusive .

Nuestras perfectas vacaciones + La playa y la cama y la vista fue una de las cosas q disfrute mas. La playa q la tengan como alberca esta perfecto. La cama esta muy cómoda con sus almohadas igual de cómodas excelente. La vista despertar viendo la bahía eso está de lujo sin duda vale la pena venir a este hotel. − No me gustó un poco que el hotel esta algo descuidado por un momento da la sensación de que no le dan buen mantenimiento o ya no quieren invertir en eso 🤷 no se pero aun asi vuelvo a regresar con mi hijo a este hotel.

Menos mal que era mi último día 🙏🏼😎 + No hay vigilancia. No cámaras de seguridad. A los del frente de nuestra abitacion trataron de entrar a su cuarto si no es por mi esposo que escuchó. Sabrá Dios. Cuiden sus puertas ductos y lo que se necesite. There is no security—no security cameras. Someone tried to break into the room across from ours; it was only thanks to my husband hearing it that they didn't get in. God only knows what might have happened. Be sure to secure your doors, vents, and anything else necessary. Be safe🙏🏼 room 2 xty I
