UNA EXPERIENCIA DIGNA PARA DESCONECTAR + Lo que más destacaría del hotel es la sensación de privacidad que se respira desde el primer momento. La habitación era muy amplia, con una distribución muy cómoda y una iluminación excelente, tanto natural como artificial, que la hacía aún más agradable. Es un hotel perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de una estancia tranquila. − La única sensación menos positiva fue que parecía faltar personal en recepción. En algunos momentos daba la impresión de que había muy poca gente para atender todas las tareas. Aun así, quiero destacar que los dos chicos que estaban en recepción hicieron un trabajo excelente: siempre fueron amables, atentos y resolutivos, ofreciendo un servicio de 10/10 a pesar de la carga de trabajo que tenían.

Endroit enchanteur que je recommande vivement. + Tout absolument tout. Les délicieux produits du petit déjeuner et la qualité du restaurant aussi. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil à l’écoute et de bon conseil. La piscine est un endroit reposant et tout est très propre. − RIEN 😇

El hotel es precioso pero lamentablemente nuestra experiencia pudo haber sido mucho mejor. + El equipo de restauración muy amable, housekeeping también súper amables y hacen un trabajo extraordinario, está todo impoluto. El servicio de recepción nos recibió muy bien e incluso nos dieron la habitación antes de las 15h. − La bañera tarda mucho en llenarse, nos pusieron solo un cepillo de dientes sabiendo que eramos 2 adultos. También por una urgencia médica estuvimos hospitalizados una mañana entera en vall hebrón con nuestro bebé, la anestesista nos dijo que nos daba el alta solo si íbamos al hotel a estar con el aire acondicionado y no bajo el calor. Llamamos a recepción para pedir late check out (pagando, por supuesto) y el recepcionista fue muy tajante diciendo que no, que la habitación estaba vendida… no quiso ni ayudarnos un poco en buscar alguna otra manera sabiendo perfectamente que tenemos un bebé y le comenté la urgencia médica. Busqué en booking y quedaban habitaciones dispon…

Rustige verblijfplaats voor stedentrip + vriendelijkheid obers en receptie koele kamer incl faciliteiten op de kamers/algemene ruimtes ontbijt aanbod a la carte kleinschalig gunstige ligging tov snelweg en uitstapjes gastvrij ontvangen/behandeld/niets was te moeilijk Handdoeken bij het zwembad/douche/wc Niet pushen qua drankjes en eten. − Parkeren op eigen terrein is rommelig/te veel auto s waardoor steeds ingeparkeerd/gaat veel tijd van het personeel in zitten/krap tov het toegangshek Oogt aan de binnenzijde minder sjiek bijv schade aan de deuren & lampen die niet kapot waren Kussens buiten op terras erg vies Meer parasols bij het zwembad/erg warm om buiten te eten
