OK for a night or two + Location was great, easily accessible to metro and walking distance to many attractions. It has parking for a fee, which is one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. The checkout was fairly easy. − The bed was extremely uncomfortable, a hard mattress where we could hear and feel the springs in the mattress. The couch in the bedroom was dirty, it smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The garbage can in this bathroom looked like it was picked off the streets. How are there no outlets next to the nightstands? I would not say this hotel room was a 4 star. We've been to Eurostars in Portugal, which led us to expect more here. This hotel is a 3 star, if that.

Bien + El desayuno, las habitaciones − No nos gusto que en los baños no esten los cepillos para limpiar el water y que tengan que ser las chicas de la Limpieza que Lo hagan, me parece desagradable y una falta de respeto para las chicas, es un Trabajo duro y si Encima tienen que limpiarle los desechos a los clientes! No se un poco de comprension para el personal que se encarga de las habitaciones
