It’s worth every penny, you won’t regret booking. this hotel. A word of advice: you need to call the hotel directly b + Location, location… we wanted a stay that’s near the Manaoag Church- it was just a short walking distance 😊 And they have an in-house restaurant that serves excellent food! A big plus for us! The rooms are immaculately clean, the front desk staff are extremely friendly and accommodating , free parking is also a big plus. − Nothing, and to the staff: keep up the good job 👍

Ok + It’s very near the Basilica − Rooms were not ready even beyond 2pm. Staff almost gave us wrong type of room. Not enough toiletries for 2 guests. :(

Dining facilities are excellent with adequate selection of local food. Security guards made a point to safely get out of + Staff were very helpful and professional − The bathroom facilities need to be improved. Add bars on the wall where DWP could cling to to prevent fall.

Could be better + Proximity to manaoag church − Tiny bathroom, few good restaurants, flight of stairs from elevator to room which made it hard when carrying luggage

Best available for the location + Location was great. − We stayed at this hotel because we heard this was a great hotel. When we first checked in, the lady that checked us in wasn't as helpful. Was more concerned if we had our passports and currency available. Once we were given our hotel key it was provided with a wifi passcode that did not work, plus was given one ticket daily for breakfast and a coffee. so everyday if you wanted to get breakfast for the next day you would have to go to the front desk. Wifi code expires after three days, called for the new password and was given two different coded neither of them worked. Had to find another place to use wifi. The location of the room was not the best with traveling with big carry on luggage. You had to take elevator to second floor then walk back down a flight of stairs and located at the bottom of the hotel. We were located next to the house keeping. Which was very loud each morning. Rooms were very small. Could not walk on each s…

Enjoyed our one night stay here and staff was very friendly. + Staff was very friendly when we arrived and about 6 staff members greeted us with smiles and a cheerful welcome. Also liked the church we attended being so close to the hotel.

It has free parking for checked-in guests. − Our rooms have a noticeable dusty smell, suggesting deeper cleaning. In the breakfast buffet, food served was generally good but the hotel would benefit if it expands the variety of choices therein.
