+ Location was good. Unit spacious. Good shower. − The heating could have been better. One small aircon for a unit with two bedrooms. Bed cover was stained which was a turn off.

Overall still good especially the view & stay + Very close to Whale Watch Kaikoura. − Not sure if the property has any heater or what? But we weren’t greeted with a hot air conditioned/warmly circulated room, hence the night was a little bit rough till we all tumbled into our bed.

It wasn’t an overly great experience. Don’t think I Will be back again. + Nothing really − Due to other guests having loud conversations at 2am in the morning, it wasn’t overall great. No shampoo in the bathroom either. The room was cold when walked in.

+ It was very clean, very warm beds. Had a bbq, a laundry with a dryer that we used a couple of times. Great shower! − It was hard to get the tv to work. And someone had put a rubbish bag at the front of the property so there was rubbish blowing round. Not the motels fault, however it didn't get picked up.
