+ friendly receptionist, undercover parking − no microwave (would have liked a small kitchette or at least a few more basics like a kitchen knife), traffic noise. I will also be more aware of how I book using booking.com in the future. I booked the room quite a few weeks in advance on booking.com and paid $199 but I could have got the room for $143 on the day!

All good, would stay again + Very quiet, convenient location − The shower floor was on an angle and with no surround the water went into the basin / toilet area. Something to consider

+ Location and breakfast was good a place we always when go to shows at Clarence St Theatre 😊have stayed many times and will continue to do so

Happy with Hotel just not location + Room was well equipped and size was great for 2 people. Location was a bit too far out from town for walking distance plus it didnt help it was raining.
