The kids lived their best life! + The location - close to the beach & all the amenities for kids.

Loved it. 2nd time staying! We will be back!! + Very clean, warm heat pump, bunk beds that the kids loved two top bunks!!!! And warmed pool and hot pool, pizza oven, the staff were very good thinking up things for the kids to do. − The heat pump fan was right behind the main bed/room part of our cabin- no where else to put it in the building - but it vibrates the entire cabin so we turned it off at night- so then the windows were heavily crying from condensation in the morning. Maybe move the fan off the building? I don’t know- but that was an issue. And the hot pool was out for the latter part of our trip- broke down? But supposedly was fixed later in the evening. This was a Sunday so was it chemical that was the problem?

+ Pool is heated for the winter, so kids swam and it kept them entertained all day. Close to the beautiful beach and facilities are clean and modern. Staff are friendly and we love the kids holiday activities provided. − Was given an accessible motel for a family with young children which we did not request for and wasn’t aware of this until we checked in after hours. The bathroom had an open shower and we constantly needed to dry the floor with towels for our children safety so not ideal. However, this was minor compared to all the other positives we had.

Incredible stay would highly recommend to anyone especially families. + We had a big group come down with small children and the staff were so accommodating. The pool and the jumping pillow were a huge hit as well as the shuttle that took our group to and from the rsa near by. − Few minor things. The bed was too comfy for myself but in fairness my husband thought it was fine and so did everyone in our group :) The other issue was our family and one other were a bit far from all the other families that we had booked with. But we were a big group so hard to accommodate everyone.

Great location and facilities + Janet at front desk was so welcoming, perfect location easy walking distance to beach and surf club, our self contained studio although a little dated was spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool was a lovely area to enjoy. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Really enjoyed our four nights, enjoying swimming in the pool, soaking in the spa, walking the beach at a good winter mi + Loved the pool and spa and the midweek Winter special rate. − Nothing
