Great central location, lovely staff. Nice rooms + Great location for us. Friendly staff, clean and tidy − It was quite cold and when we went out we had to take the key with us to lock the door which meant the power turned off so we had to come back to a freezing cold room at night. Would have been good to have a power key and a door key to come home to a warm room at 10.30pm. Lots of condensation on windows.

Run down, terrible beds, cold showers and dirty but great location and lovely staff + Nice helpful staff and great location. − Room was dirty on arrival - they came and re done the floors but still not great, we did have early check in which was appreciated but it was not exactly ready for us as far as cleaniness. Pretty run down. Rooms are not all the same some have heating and some don't - Main bedroom was freezing and upstairs bedroom was like a sauna. Beds are terribly uncomfortable everyone in the group had sore backs and there is not enough hot water as all rooms share a small water tank, we were with a large group and we all experienced cold showers daily.

+ Location was great. Staff we friendly. Room was clean. − Alot of foot traffic from neighbours who weren't exactly quiet when leaving or returning. Also had trouble with hdmi cord fro the sky decoder. It was very loose. Might need a new one.
