Convenient apartment near train station + Quick response to put me in different apartment when first one was not yet clean on arrival. The apartment was small but had the necessities . Near groceries and restaurants. Short walk to lake. Cleaning lady did a great job. − It was undergoing maintenance so had noise and crane right outside window from early in morning. Also has train/traffic noise on that side of building. Not able to move to other side ( or original room) during week stay so aa comfortable as last year’s stay with better room

− 入住指示長篇大論，要花很多時間了解。 停車場使用沒有講清楚，給予停車場密碼，令人覺得泊入去是首選/比較好，但裡面車位不能泊，有車泊在3個位中間，其他兩側已不能再泊車。 繳費方法亦沒有交待清楚，遇到問題不作解決方法回應...我因不知道泊車要即時登入app開始記錄，而以為出車時結賬，可以要面對停車場罰款。

Expectations Exceeded + Everything was very clean and the apartment is well equipped. Anything needed for a short stay is likely to be already be there when you arrive. This was my first time in a completely unmanned hotel and I was a bit hesitant about it, but it proved to be very easy and all the systems worked nicely. Just follow the instructions and you'll be alright. Proximity to the train station is fantastic. Parking in the garage was reasonably priced. Overall, I was happy with my stay and will book there again on future visits to the area. − Some very minor things: Not very responsive to questions via Booking messenger or via email. I wasn't in need of an urgent response though and eventually figured things out on my own upon arrival. So not a huge problem in the end. As well, I think it would have been nice to have separate bins for sorting the trash.

Отлично!!! + Все было чисто, уютно, все есть для проживания. Много удобных шкафов. Хороший свет: можно сделать полное освещение, а можно создать уют, включив напольные/прикроватные светильники. Очень удобная кровать. И есть стиль номера. − Можно сделать на окнах, когда открываешь для проветривания, какую-то систему для того, чтобы окно не закрывалось при проветривании.
