Superb + The staff were unbelievable. So kind and friendly and helpful. Great 30m lap pool. Super fun driving around town in a fancy classic golf cart! − Nothing hidden or surprising. The hotel is a bit old and sad feeling after covid and out of walking distance from anything interesting but the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and drove me everywhere so the atmosphere was still happy and inviting and transport was never an issue!

Overall a good stay + Overall staff were very attentive and the room was comfortable. − The location is a little bit out of the city center of Siem Reap, which was find for the days we spent at the Angkor complex, but it might have been nice to be more central for dining/nightlife

Excellent Place for staying (a long) time in Siem Reap! + The overall appearance of the hotel is just charming - the staff super friendly and service oriented, probably the largest and best pool in whole Siem Reap for real swimmers, excellent garden, very well kept, unique samples from the historic times of Angkor Wat. Excellent breakfast buffet with western and asian features.Very suitable also for long term stays. − The Gym needs better ventilation/air conditioning.

Séjour agréable + Le calme, la piscine, le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux, la proximité des temples, le personnel de l’accueil très agréable. − Le restaurant le soir pas très bon limite en quantité et le service était trop rapide (on aurait dit que nous dérangions…) et le tarif plus qu’excessif pour le repas, dommage….

Superbe + L’hôtel était magnifique et personnel très agréable à proximité des temples et du marché de la ville…. Piscine fabuleuse ! Petit déjeuné parfait ! − Le restaurant le soir, une fois servi tout a été très vite on aurait dit que le personnel était pressé, le repas pauvre en quantité , pas mauvais mais pas exceptionnel et trop cher. Dommage…. Mais possibilité de manger à l’extérieur .
