Friendly staff and good hotel + Great Hotel in Siem Reap, staff welcome us with delicious welcome drink and cold towel. This hotel is very new with cleaning room. The with balcony and nice city views. The location is near the Pub street and night market

luv it + We where well happy with our superb twin good pressure on the shower comfey bed and roomy . They let us in early as we arrived on the night bus . We were treated like kings from the staff they were fantastic nothing to much trouble.I would definitely recommend. − no tea in the room but I had my own so no problem.

A pleasure + Staff are excellent, thoughfull and helpful Rooms are spacious and comfortable My Second stay here on my travels but only because it was full other times I’ve tried to stay here. A nice bakery next door for breakfast. A lovely pool , No mosquitos extremely restful Will always stay here when visiting Siem reap − None

Exceptional + We stayed for only two nights, but the hotel staff completely won us over. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and greeted us with warm smiles that made us feel instantly welcome. When a light fixture in our room malfunctioned, the thoughtful staff immediately offered to relocate us to another room, demonstrating their genuine concern for our comfort.

Good size rooms in ex location, but some odd quirks + Big room, king bed, balcony, pool clean, location excellent, everything you need out front door, close to pub st, markets etc and only short tuk tuk to most other places. − Breakfast same choice every and you have to tell them what you want previous night plus time you want it. No fruit or healthy option. place in parts is tired and not the cleanest, but is value given size of rooms for $ paid. Have to ask to get room serviced.

+ Easy to find at the famous street "Sok San Road". And staff are all friendly. − Shower head is not fixed. If I do not hold it, it fall down on the floor. TV was not working.

Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer + Unser Zimmer hatte kein heißes Wasser, daher wurden wir flexibel auf ein anderes Zimmer gebucht, prima! Beim Frühstück hatte man mehrere Varianten zur Auswahl. − Der Pool war etwas trostlos, am ersten Tag sogar grün (etwas zu lange nicht gesäubert worden)
