Exceptional + The comfort we felt and the experience we had can't be expressed with words ! The room was more than perfect for a comfortable stay. The owner is very helpful and cooperative! The owner also booked a tuktuk and car for our tour ! We had a nice time in Siem Reap, thanks to Marvelinn and the owner.

Best stay in Cambodia so far :-) + This family-run inn was a true delight -- they are friendly, generous and extremely attentive. The room was clean, modern and well insulated against sound (you'd never know it sits on a main street). The bathroom is well-sized, well lit and the hot water is nearly immediate (and doesn't run out). There is even a little kitchen area with sink and an electric burning (and cooking utensils upon request for no extra charge). The location is outstanding. It's close to the river, pub street and there's a great selection of cafes, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. For the value, Marvel Inn simply can't be beat. HIGHLY recommend. − The is not a negative but might give some people pause (and really shouldn't): The entry is a bit of a jumble and gives the impression that you're entering someone's home rather than an inn. Personally, I found this quite endearing and would advise the owners not to change a thing.

Excellent value for clean comfortable stay. + Clean, comfortable, good location, friendly and helpful proprietor − No elevator. Had to walk up 3 flights. Hard for me at 80 years old. Description did not mention lack of elevator.

Very friendly and welcoming owners. + This is a family run hotel and they made me feel very welcome. They even gave me several plates of fruit during my stay and also some spring rolls.

A beautiful and cozy stay made unforgettable by the owner’s kindness and daily homemade treats. + The property was clean, modern, and very comfortable — just like in the photos. The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything in Siem Reap. But what truly made the stay special was the amazing hospitality of the owner, who really made us feel at home. Every day, she surprised us with something homemade or local — from fresh fruits to Khmer specialties. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our experience unforgettable. − Everything was great overall! Just as a suggestion, it would be helpful to add a mosquito net to the bed for extra comfort at night.

Good location, clean, kind staff + Owner was kind, always smiling, one time she also gave watermelons. Room was clean when i arrived, they also have room cleaning afterwards, some amenities are given.. close to pub street and souvenir shops and restaurants. − Wifi sometimes is a bit slow but more often works well. One time there was carpentry works going on in the morning. No elevator. Cons are a bit shallow and is manageable.
