Moxy South Beach is a Perfect Retreat + The staff from check-in were wonderful very efficient and friendly. I would especially point out Wyman who went above and beyond to assist me in understanding the hotel’s offerings. He was a gem on the staff and if you meet him make sure to say hello!

+ Loved the Moxy! Wish we could have stayed there longer. Very clean, colorful, and fun vibe. − A little walk to the beach, but not bad. Loved having chairs as part of our stay.

One of the best in South Beach + Absolute gem in South Beach! The hotel is clean and has a fantastic pool and rooftop area. Only two blocks from the ocean (and the heart of South Beach) and they provide two beach chairs (included in the resort fee). Evenings at the rooftop are magical and you can see the coast line and all of the ships leaving port. Wanted to also mention one of the most helpful front desk staff members ever. Solange was so kind and made sure we were taken care of from the minute we arrived. Will definitely stay here again.

Horrible + El alojamiento me gustó − Lo que no me gustó fue la atención de ahí y se me perdieron unos lentes de sol y un brazalete. Me estaban cobraron 1000$ por detección de humo de cigarro el cual nunca fumé , la verdad pésima atención ahí . Nunca más

Really disappointed as I have stayed in other moxy’s any the have been a better standard. I would never stay at this one + Location − Was unclean Lifts smelt like toilets Generally everything was very run down Near the pools were grubby The back entrance to the hotel which is the only that is mainly used is full of bins and just looks awful

My stay was amazing! + The property was clean and had an amazing aroma! − The property was in a good location. We were able to walk to our destinations.

+ The place was nice and very comfortable . Definitely worth it − I did not like that the free breakfast was a bottle water and muffins and yogurt in baskets .
