Ok stay but I expected better! + We booked this for our family holiday as a package deal from UK to visit Disney and Universal parks. Id rate it as OK and thats about it but some minor things that could make it a lot better. Our room service to be blunt was shocking. Missed for 5 days despite continuously asking the front desk why it was not being done. We apparently got an upgrade for snacks each day. This was also missed on a number of occasions. We did receive a voucher for the restaurant because of 4 missed room services but the following day room service was missed again resulting in another trip to the front desk. Hotel wise, clean, pool OK although water very salty, gym ok but very small, games room tiny, breakfast good, restaurant ok but only dined there once. The hotel itself when walking around is very cold. I feel the hotel is better suited for business people and it was very busy with a week long conference. It was fine, but it could have been better. + The location was great and very convenient. − The room was clean in some area but there was hair in the shower and loads of crumbs in the pull-out sofa. There was only a flat sheet and a blanket in the room for the pull-out couch — no extra pillows or fitted sheet to cover the crummy sofa bed.

Wonderful stay year after year!! + This is the 4th yr in a row we have stayed at embassy suites (during annual convention). Only wonderful feedback to give from condition of hotel, all the staff (front door, front desk, bar, restaurant, housekeeping). Have to mention Nicole who has been tending bar every time we are there over these 4 yrs is incredible at drinks but also knows us and our drinks. What a memory but also such personal interest is rare! We notice numerous staff members are the same from yr to yr, which says a lot about the hotel. We will keep coming back! Thanks to everyone at embassy suites for making us feel welcome and being so nice all the time! We really appreciate the exceptional care.

Loved the hotel just beautiful and the pool was awesome + Everything was there! Didn’t need to drive anywhere − The 18% gratuity charge at the bar! They didn’t get an extra tip because of that! Would have gotten more if that charge wasn’t on there!
