+ It was a nice location was quiet and decent we mostly spent time on the beach then the pools. − What I didn’t like was how the rooms were small but it’s good for a good weekend stay, overpriced food to be honest.

Poor service and facilities + Unfortunately I have to give this poor review. The AC did not work and the temp in the room was way too hot. They tried to move us at midnight, but we were exhausted and decided to stay the night. We asked this morning, but now they are saying they are sold out and won’t have a room until after 11:00. This was very disappointing. We stayed here about 10 years ago, and it was great. Now the property has degraded and they have not put money into it. I asked to move to the embassy suites or royal palms, and they said they were sold out. Not a good stay!

Great Hotel! + We had a great time on our stay at the Hilton! Accommodations/room was very nice w ocean view. Very clean . Staff were nice & helpful. Pool area nice . Will definitely be back next year. Shuttle from Hotel very handy for short trips . Love all the shuttle drivers. Golf course close by too.

nice and relaxing + Trip was very nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, Parking was very nice, and the facility was very clean. Only issue we had was a clogged toilet that took 2 phone calls to get the problem resolved. − Breakfast was included in the purchase of our room. I did not care for the whole voucher system.

HH member disappointed + Recently stayed one night as we were traveling and just wanted a night on the beach. I'm Hilton Gold and had been Diamond. So I have been to numerous Hilton brand locations. Upon check-in at 5PM, we were given the option to upgrade. There was a room facing the beach itself or a couple of rooms that are slightly back. We selected the beach facing room. The desk team showed a map of just to confirm where the room would be. All good and went to the room. Noticed the room was warm, but it's summer. Could feel cool air from vent. Wanted to get to beach and pool so set the temp down to ensure it would cool while we're out. When returned the room was only down to 75 but could still feel cool air. So went to dinner before restaurant at the pool closed. Placed order at 8:30PM before they close at 8:45PM. Wife ordered quesadilla with ground beef and I ordered the shrimp basket with cocktail sauce and lemon. Must have been a long day. The quesadilla was a glob of chee…

Hilton Honorees THANK YOU 😊 + I want to thank the following Hilton Team (Front desk) Terry, Shonda, Micheal l, (Bartenders) Jared, Dalton, Tacia, (Restaurant Server) Lauren for their superb excellence in their demeanor and charm. Their presence during my stay made this trip will worth adding an additional stay here. It's a gorgeous area and the following were top notch with their service and engaging conversations. I'll be adding more to this review.

The location and amenities were great, everything was clean. + Location was excellent, the beach was beautiful and pools were nice. The bar staff were very nice. Room was very nice and clean, and maid service was great. − Hosting Staff wasn’t present much, notably on their phones. Most of my questions were answered through their texting service or else we would have been completely on our own. No was present in regards to bringing in and out our luggage, hotel amenities, and providing policies in regards to parking. A lot of hidden bills such as parking and breakfast that weren’t advertised before booking.

We didn’t even stay in the room. I had to get another room next door at full price. I think I should get a refund or som + The Room that I was given was awful the balcony was on I rubber roof and could barely see the the ocean − It wasn’t what I expected since I’ve used Booking.com for years
