Exceptional; friendly; calming + Everything was exceptional and any requests we had were met with genuine care. The room was wonderfully spacious with a balcony overlooking the orchard and sunsets I enjoyed the fresh fruit at breakfast each day. And I enjoyed the swimming pool each afternoon. A very nice surprise was the ability y to tour the bodega with a staff person. Rodriguez is a gem of an employee! − The pillows were a bit lumpy. Offering large water bottles would support the environment better.

Beautiful room with a view. + The room was very good, spacious, two balconies and a view over the vineyard towards the Andes. Swimming pool. Included a free visit to the wine making sanctuary. The staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to retain the room for a few hours when our plane was delayed at the last minute. − Café at breakfast. Otherwise excellent.

Recomendadíssimo + O Hotel é uma graça, com a recepção em uma casa rústica com ares do campo. Porém os quartos estão em uma instalação nova, sendo que o quarto é gigante. Ficamos em um com dois ambientes, separados com parede e porta, ficando assim com privacidade. Caberiam quatro pessoas com comodidade e ainda sobraria espaço. Outro ponto alto é a vista lindíssima, com o por do sol para a cordilheira e parreiral. Acomodações e banheiro limpo, tudo muito bem cuidado. O jardim tem, além de mais um parreiral, ávores lindas e uma piscina (que não é aquecida) mas deixa o espaço muito aconchegante. O café da manhã é bem servido e eles nos atenderam até mais cedo, por conta da nossa programação. Equipe toda muito atenciosa. Agora o que mais ficamos agradecidos, foi o gerente Rodrigo. Pessoa excepcional e competente, conseguiu agendar visitas e o famoso almoço no El Enemigo (que descobrimos com outros brasileiros que estava super difícil). Vale muito a hospedagem. Recomendadíssimo.

+ As instalações são velhas, porém é tão bem limpo e tem uma cama boa que vc releva. Os funcionários são ótimos, e como estávamos com carro a experiência foi ótima.

Excelente. + Acomodação enorme (banheiro, ante-sala e quarto muito espaçosos), arejado e iluminado com luz natural, varandas com vista para as videiras e Andes. Bastante espaço para guardar roupas. Vários espelhos. Roupa de cama e toalhas em boas condições. Cama gigante e confortável. Local para parar o carro muito amplo e coberto. Pessoal atencioso, antecipou o café da manhã para sairmos mais cedo. Tudo muito limpo e em boas condições. − O café da manhã é simples para padrões brasileiros. Mas comparando com hotéis na Argentina estava muito bom. Pessoal muito atencioso, preparava os ovos mexidos na hora e trazia o café ou chá também na hora.
