My favorite hotel on the planet. Beautiful, luxurious and serene with incredible staff. + Spaciously comfortable rooms, incredible amenities and guest facilities and an incredible location. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful area that feels authentically Kyoto without traffic and noise, all while being close to various modes of transport into and around the city.

+ L'hôtel est très beau. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Les équipements communs sont incroyables. Le onsen est superbe. − Le prix et les horaires du petit déjeuner. La rigidité des réservations. L'emplacement est certes à une station de métro de la Kyoto station mais il n y a pas grand chose dans l'environnement immédiat.

最高でした。 + とにかく清潔感のあるシンプルな客室。 − 特にありませんが、強いて言えば公園側からホテルに入ろうとした際に看板などがなかったので少しウロウロしてしまった事くらいです。

Chętnie wrócimy tam jeszcze - jeżeli przylecimy do Japonii. + Znakomita lokalizacja w pobliżu dworca kolejowego, skąd błyskawicznie dojedziecie tam gdzie chcecie. Hotel zlokalizowany w cichym miejscu, tuż przy parku - wejdziecie tam bezpośrednio z hotelu. Bardzo duży plus to wiele przestrzeni ogólnodostępnej - pokój kawowy, biblioteka, pokój gier, mały lounge z bezpłatnymi napojami i przekąskami. Dobra restauracja. piękny widok z tarasu hotelowego na dachu. − Nam brakowało europejskiego jedzenia na śniadaniach. Przynajmniej jajek sadzonych, jajecznicy, parówek, jakiegokolwiek sera bądź wędliny. Ale cóż - przez tydzień skosztowaliśmy wszystkich możliwych japońskich potraw...

Hotel znakomity - chętnie przyjadę tam jeszcze raz. + Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko stacji kolejowej, skąd dotrzeć można wszędzie. Piękny park właściwie na terenie hotelu. Cisza i spokój. Wiele przestrzeni wspólnych gdzie można spędzić czas relaksując się - pokój kawowy, biblioteka, sala gier, łaźnia japońska, salonik klubowy z napojami i przekąskami. Dobra restauracja. Wygodne pokoje. − Szkoda że na śniadaniu właściwie nie było europejskiego jedzenia... Mieliśmy okazję skosztować wielu potraw japońskiej kuchni ale przez tydzień już nam brakowało jajecznicy bądź choćby jajek na twardo, jakiejkolwiek kiełbasy i sera...

+ The hotel is lovely and modern. Very clean and well located - close to a train station that’s one stop into Kyoto’s main hub. Plus if you have children it’s right on a park with a great playground. − We found the staff very awkward and at times unfriendly. The breakfast wasn’t for a family like us looking for western options for our fussy eating daughter. We opted to eat from the local family mart or Starbucks instead.

It was a perfect stay, I'd come back here when I visit Kyoto again. + Very nice and spacious room with a cute little balcony and great city view. Honestly the best hotel room I've stayed in Japan, looks better in person than in photos. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Umekoji station and 7-minute walk from convenience stores. The hotel also has a lovely sento and common areas with complimentary drinks. − The luggage delivery service only accepts cash

+ Очень красивый отель, все чисто, приятная атмосфера, хороший и отзывчивый персонал, много пространств общего использования, удобное расположение − Завтра были только с местной кухней, ничего европейского, даже яичницу отказались приготовить, нам было практически нечего есть. Не понятно почему в номере не было чая и кофе.
