+ The hotel was excellent. It was modern, clean and well presented. No pool or gym. Breakfast was basic. Location was out of the way of main areas like Shinjuku and Shubaya. But only 4 or 5 train stops away. But was closer to Haneda airport than the other areas.

+ Good location. Close to trains and underground. Clean. All excellent facilities. No pool or gym. Breakfast was basic and same every morning. Would stay again though.

Clean, Spacious, Quiet + The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet as it’s located away from the city centre. It completely exceeded my expectations. There’s also a supermarket and several convenience stores nearby.

Comfortable Stay, Good Location, Friendly Staff + Nice and cool on a hot day. Very welcoming reception-- staff and area. Rooms are small (but maybe big for Tokyo?) We only stayed one night. It's walking distance to a metro station. That said, to get to a major hub (Tokyo, Shinagawa) with luggage it's a bit of a haul. For our flight back from Narita we took a cab to Shinagawa (about 2000 yen) to catch the Narita express.

Good location, decent price + Good base of operations for business in Tokyo, but a bit overrun with tourists, which made the lobby kind of a zoo.

+ I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were excellent! Free drinks and snacks during happy hour was fantastic. I just wished the rooms were brighter. It was pretty dark. I highly recommend this hotel!

+ Overall, worth the price. Not to much ti do in minato (the area of the hotel). But its right next to the tamachi train station which was very convenient. The room is a little small for U.S. standards but japaneese standards its average.

+ Located in a very good location, close to Tomachi and Mira Stations - very convenient! Hotel provided free ‘happy hour’drinks between 5-7pm - a very nice touch. Room size adequate; king bed comfortable.
