温泉は露天風呂が最高 + 部屋は綺麗で露天風呂も冬の寒い中長湯するのに丁度いい温度。 朝食バイキングは種類も多くて眺めの良いグリルでちょうだいしました。 ただし夕食の前菜バイキングは料理がなかなか出てこない状態で催促が必要でした。

Magnifique hôtel + L'hôtel est sublime, la chambre également. Très confortable. Le personnel est au petit soin. Attention : tatouages non admis pour les bains.

Hotel that needs renewal + Common areas were OK, but the rooms, are tired and a carpet was bit dirty. Lightning unsufficient. Furniture old. Bed was OK. Bathroom was old fashioned. Safety box and coffee maker, OK. TV was not smart. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was OK. Breakfast was acceptable but eggs cooking station was too slow. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (except a golf course) , views are nothing special. Not the best choice in Hakone.

Isolated and dated + If you want to see Hakone and experience nature, this is NOT the hotel for you. I was disappointed to realise it is completely remote from all activities and services. No shuttle or reasonable access to get anywhere other than a corner store and couple of small restaurants on foot.

+ 周りは自然豊かで静寂、館内も静かで品よく快い。部屋も清潔で快適です。夕食は、半バイキング形式でしたが、品数豊富で、美味しい。朝食はバイキングで、こちらも美味しかった。

A peaceful place with a breathtaking view + The place is too far from the station but they have their shuttle bus that’ll take you to the hotel, and back to the station. Much better if you have your own car. The hotel is old so don’t expect too much about the interior, as well as their facility. They have good breakfast with a breathtaking view.

+ ゴルフ場が併設されていて、アクティビティ中心でも、隠れ家的に静かに過ごすにも好適。お食事は美味しく、スタッフさんの対応も、お風呂から見た夏空も素晴らしく、日本の夏を好きになれそうな最高のホテルでした。また来年も訪れたいというのが家族全員の一致した意見です。

+ Amazingly serene and peaceful location. Beautiful mountains around the ancient caldera adds to the uniqueness of the Hotel. Golf driving range as well as a full course is attached to the property.

+ It was in the mountains and the surrounding environment was beautiful. However, there was little options for food and it was quite far from other food options. The onsen was the highlight! The room had a musty smell in it but the view from our room was incredible.

Amazing Hotel in Hakone! + We chose this hotel after finding out our initial hotel had a shared bathroom and shower facilities (after we had already paid for it). We ended up booking twi premier twin rooms and were placed in rooms 473 and 475. They were amazing rooms with incredible space and beautiful views! The beds were comfortable, all of the amenities for the shower/bath area were great, and there was even a coffee and tea station with hot pot. The staff were very polite and helpful. The onsen was well maintained, and clean. We were able to get the hotel shuttle back to Odowara station, which saved us over 10,000 yen ($70 - U.S.). We didn’t eat at the property, but our kids ate breakfast and said it was delicious with lots of good items from which to choose. We absolutely would stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel!
