+ Location was excellent, just steps away from the morning market and about a 5 min walk from the JR station. Everything was clean, updated and super nice. Loved the Refa hair products - especially the hair dryer. − Rooms were on the smaller side, BUT this is standard for a lot of japanese hotels so I wouldn't count it against the hotel! We expected the small rooms.

10/10 stay. I would come again and recommend this place to anyone. + This hotel was exceptional. Being next to an asaichi, you are exposed to extremely fresh seafood cuisine the entire day which is in my opinion seriously the best food you can ever have. Instead of breakfast, they give you tickets to give to a restaurant of your choice and you receive proper restaurant seafood for free (any time of the day). Exploring and choosing a restaurant is first of all already fun to do. The rotenburo includes an unbelievable view of either the ocean or the city depending on which bath you are in and is accessible morning and evening. It started raining gently on the bath and that vibe is one that I’ll never forget. The lounge on the 17th floor also has a ridiculously cozy atmosphere at night with a bar and a beautiful view of Hakodate. Having a washing machine in your room is also a huge plus. Hakodate is a must visit city with many beautiful attractions and this hotel is at the centre of them…

大変満足しました。次回函館に行った時も利用したいです。 + 眺望がとにかく良い。 18階の露天風呂から、17階のラウンジから。 そして、函館朝市に隣接していて買い物や朝の海鮮丼を食べに行くのにとっても便利です。 − 17階のラウンジの窓辺のソファーが大きいものが2個置かれていて、少人数で座っていて空いていても座りにくかった。 前の人がいなくなった後に我々夫婦で座ると、やはり後から来た人は遠慮して座ってこなかった。 もう少し小さいもので、数を増やした方が、多くの人が利用しやすいです。
