Due the condition of the property and the smell of cigarette smoke I do not recommend nonsmokers to stay here. However, + The location and the staff was excellent!!! − The property was old. Smoking was allowed in the rooms and I could smell cigarette smoke in my nonsmoking room that truly made me sick; as it engulfed my room. It was so toxic I had to leave asap.

+ The staff were so lovely as well as being in a very confident location for us − We booked a smoke free room but the smell of smoke in the room was overwhelming

Meckern auf hohem Niveau … im Großen und Ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, das nette Personal hat alles Wett gemacht + Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, jeden Tag eine frische Flasche Wasser, sauber und bequemes Bett, zwei Fahrstühle, antikes, vintage Style…. Wasserkocher auf Zimmer mit täglich Tee. Mini Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. − Die hohe Stufe ins Badezimmer könnte für manche ein Problem darstellen, Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen (10. Stock, demnach keine Möglichkeit mal morgens durch zu lüften, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, roch etwas muffig. Weil man nicht lüften kann. Keine Mischbatterie im Badezimmer, dauerte lange bis man die richtige Temperatur zum duschen gefunden hatte. Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht ganz aber okay

Charming, comfortable, convenient - wonderful hospitality! + Charming, old-fashioned, clean, comfortable (especially the bed), excellent location and most importantly caring, responsible, kind staff. The deep tub was lovely. My daughter loved the cat theme and the cat souvenirs available for sale. The person who cleaned our room tucked in her Pokemon stuffy when she made the bed - such a sweet gesture! The hotel is a great value for the area, and the 24 hour desk staff made me feel especially secure. − The refrigerator didn’t get very cold, and we couldn’t figure out how to use the hot water heater, but we also didn’t ask for help.

良かったです。 + フロントの方々がとても丁寧でした。お水をいただけること、毎日清掃してくださることが有り難かったです。 − 渋谷駅から歩道橋を越える必要があるためキャリーバッグを持っていると大変でした。
