Perfect location, directly opposite the Cape Town Stadium. + Excellent location within walking distance of the Waterfront. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Safe street parking (there are security). Deon is a great host. − There was nothing not to like. Everything was great.

I enjoyed the personal service and the value for the price is excellent. + The price is amazing and the staff really superb. The gentleman at the front desk searched through draws of adaptors and chords to find just the right set up after I discovered that my adaptor was lost on the flight from my suitcase. When none of the charges worked, he let me borrow his own personal set up. :-) − Location was good if you want to walk to a main street with various restaurants. The restaurants there were not establishments that I could eat in however. Very limited. There was a little noise from the street at night.

Great Value Stay Near the Waterfront + Really nice place to stay near the Waterfront. Friendly staff and a spacious room. The kitchen and nearby grocery store made eating easy and convenient. − A little worn out in places, but the value for money was excellent.

Quaint hotel in a great location + The location was excellent, within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point as well as the stadium. Loads of restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner too. Comfortable and quaint room with free tea and coffee on offer. Room had a fridge and a safe. Despite the proximity to restaurants, the room was extremely quiet making for a good night's sleep. − Just wish there'd been separate hand soap in the bathroom so I didn't have to use shower gel.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room + Friendly staff, and very good location. The room was big and comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay there for the suration of my vacation. The location was very good as well, withh a wide array of bars and restaurants just around the corner, and a mere 10 min walk from Waterfront. − No notes, actually. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel very much, and would definetely stay again if I go back to Cape Town.

Lovely homely place to stay in a good location + The owner was very friendly and helpful and always available if we needed anything. It's a quirky building. Really welcoming. Lovely seating area downstairs. Kitchen in basement. Spacious rooms, hot shower, comfy beds. It felt very safe and secure. − The noise from other rooms carried a bit but not a big problem.
