I won't stay in a dormitory anymore. + It was fun sleeping with the residents. It was a great experience to stay in a famous mansion in the deepest part of Hong Kong. I had left my luggage in the room, but it wasn't stolen. − I didn't take a bath for two days. Everyone was on the phone or watching videos until late at night, and I couldn't sleep.

I just need a place to sleep for the night, but the experience that come with it isn't worth it. + It’s the worst experience ever and I was conned and harassed by the staff. − It was far from my expectations: it was filthy and uncomfortable, and the room was underwater after the first person used the bathroom in the morning. It really should be delisted from booking. This listing is surviving by conning people; the police can't help you get your money back because it’s a claim dispute, which takes time in court. If anyone plans on opening a class action suit, please reach out. Police tell me there are 2-3 daily claims from this location.

DO NOT BOOK. CAUTION -UNSAFE CONDITION − DO NOT BOOK. CAUTION -UNSAFE CONDITIONS. After budget traveling for years this is by far the WORST place I’ve ever stayed - I WOULD HAVE RATHER STAYED ON THE STREET. extremely rude, impatient, deceptive owner. Rude to guests and abusive to workers. OVERCHARGED and dismissive when you was trying to have a conversation about the situation - only says “I don’t understand” and walked away. Literally tried to swipe cash out of my hand. Beds are metal stands with a what seems like a large pillows on top (2/3 the size of a twin bed) so impossible to sleep. “Blanket” was the outside of a duvet cover.. I would compare this place to a jail cell - look at the pictures. Bathroom flooded, moldy, no toilet paper, in unsanitary conditions. Would also love to be a part of a class action suit as another review mentioned— yes- it’s that bad. I hope no one has to experience this place

Gate to the hell!!!!!! + Nothing!!!!!!! − Worst hostel in the world! Dirty, full of insects and Rats!!!!! Dont come here! Mysterious people and without manners and behaviours. Some seems to be homeless and permanents residents here. Cleaning woman live there. Bathroom is dirty and weet and disgusting!!!! Reception man argumentating with some people at the night very loud for hours about Money!!!!! This hostel should be closed immediately by the Hongkong health authorities!!!!!

The location of the hostel is good, but the conditions are not good at all. − It’s so small and the shower is in the bathroom and soooo small. You can’t even take the shower.

− The site should mention if it is all men's hostel. I was traveling alone and when I reached the hostel I don't feel comfortable for every tenants are male.

I regret booking it + Absolutely nothing − Horrible, horrible place and staff On top of all the inconveniences, smoke inside the (non-smoking) rooms and the mattresses smell like pee Such disgusting place. I understand a small space in a city like HK is expensive, but it doesn’t have to be disgusting. And the staff told a guest next to me who was very surprised that the check out is at 9AM “fuck you if you don’t like it” 🤯🤯🤯

Horrible − The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was filthy, there were bugs in the room, and it smelled awful. There was no ventilation, and they didn't even provide soap. Plus, the place had a really weird vibe, especially since I was as a female solo traveller; I felt incredibly unsafe.

THE ENTIRE SERVICE AT CU AGAIN HOSTEL IS BAD − I didn't like the condition of the room itself and other things that i am going to explain here; The room is fixed and small to accommodate 8 people, there was no enough space to put personal belongings, the room was seem to be dirty, no towels were provided, no environment for privacy on each bed, poor customer care, the check in time is not friendly(07:00 pm), And there is no option to keep your bags in a hostel if you arrive before the check in time (07:00pm ) unless you pay for it, Poor facilities like doors and old decorations. There is no open space that a customer you can sit if you are out of the dormitory, the bed sheets are not changed every day. The building is congested with many people and it causes a long queue to board a lift. In General; according to the other hostels which offer dormitory facilities i stayed in different countries,I can say that CU again hostel has the worst service, I was strongly dissatisfied with the …
