Buyer beware. Rooms are filthy and smaller than pictured. + When I checked in to the hotel around 11:00pm with my son, the owner gave me a room that looked absolutely nothing like the rooms in the photos shown on the booking website. The bed was a thin mattress on a hard wooden surface covered by bed skirt. The bathroom was filthy everywhere I looked- stains on the floor. There were two bugs at one corner in the bathroom counter. The mini refrigerator was filled with odor with hair stuck on it. There was a slight smell of smoke in the room. A dirty rag was hanging on the wall. It was noisy from the street traffic at a level so beyond reasonable it didn't seem possible to get any rests. If you have heavy luggage, good luck- There is a long stairway at the entrance of the building before you can reach the elevator. After my complaining and refusing to take the room, the owner then offered me a different room, one that resembled a room in the photos on the website. However he wasn't sure…

家庭民宿 + 房間乾淨，3人房衛浴門麻煩修一下好嗎不要用浴簾，維持房間原本設計，洗髮精沐浴露加入墻上的容器嘛，不要偷懶，我只需要房間乾淨舒適，不管朋友嫌房間小，冷氣也足夠冷不錯，有副設台灣用插頭good，wifi還可以，前有時代廣場，後有餐廳地鐵非常便利。

그럭저럭 + 일단 위치는 정말 최고! 타임스퀘어에서 걸어서 2~3분 정도고요, 이케아에서 무거운 짐 들고도 걸어올 수 있는 거리라 짐 놓고 다시 나가고 그랬음. 그러나 침구 상태가 좀 의심스러워요. 베개나 이불카바는 누가 사용한 듯 하고 방은 매우 좁습니다. 그래도 새벽 비행기타고 체크인 하는거 다 기다려주고 (미리 통지했었음) 작은 게스트하우스 치고는 깔끔한 편입니다. TV는 잘 나오지 않아요. 에어컨은 시원하구요. 2인이 사용한다면 저렴한 비용과 위치는 장점이고 정말 작은 화장실과 침구는 단점입니다. 이 가격이면 다른 호텔을 찾는 것이 나을 것 같습니다.

房子没有窗 + 酒店的地理环境是不错的 ，但是房间的环境就很一般了，我们住的房子就没有窗子，而且床板很硬，通风不好。晚上加的被子还要是湿湿的。

交通方便 + 房間雖簡單，但是舒適，價格合理，交通方便，樓下吃東西也很方便，雖然在市區，但是很宁靜，小家庭或是一班朋友都可以选择住這里

Doesnt even close to the room in pictures + I feel like it is the worst inn I have ever visited. The room was too small. You are gonna have a tiny little double bed and that is it. I couldnt believe that it was a double bed. The room had a lot of problems with water drain in bathroom, a hair dryer, and so on. The inn owner wasnt there. after I called him he finally arrived after 20 min. Dont even think about using this inn. It could ruin your experience of trip.

You get what you pay for + When I arrived I was let in to reception by another guest. There was no one on reception. I let another guest in and we waited about an hour for someone to arrive. My room was "compact" as was the bathroom. Luckily I had a window. The WiFi connection was excellent. Reception was rarely manned. I had to ask for clean towels. I don't think that the room was cleaned or the sheets changed during my three day stay. When someone was on reception they were polite and friendly.

교통이 편해요 + 교통이 편해요. 지하철 역도 가깝고, 트램도 지나가고, 버스도 있고, 침사추이로 가는 페리 터미널도 가까워요. 밤에 다니기에 무섭지 않았고, 주변환경은 최고인듯 다만 방이 생각보다 좁았지만 홍콩 호텔가격과 주변환경 고려했을때 이정도 가격에 그 크기의 방이면 그냥 그럭저럭인듯해요. 방 청소는 그냥 간단하게 아침에 나가면 항상 해주셨는데 팁은 받지 않더라구요. 전체적으로 좋았어요! 저처럼 숙소에서 잠만 잔다면

이건 뭐.. + 역이랑 가까운거말고는 장점이 하나도 없음. 문 열자마자 욕할뻔ㅠ엘레베이터는 멈출때마다 덜컹거리고..사진에 속지마세요.

Bien ubicado. Pero malas instalaciones. + Bien ubicado con una estación de metro muy cerca. Pero la relación precio costo no tiene nada que ver. El personal no te ayuda en nada. La habitación muy pequeña sin ventana y el baño con agua fría y en malas condiciones. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Don't!! + First of all we didnt have hot water at all! But lets start at the beginning. We arrived and had to wait for about 15mins because the guy at the "reception" said he cant give us our rooms. When the boss or whoever he was arrived we went two floors downstairs to a room wich was so tiny that we couldnt even unpack our bags (to be honest we had no chance due to no cupboards anyways) The noise of hennessey road was even with closed windows extremely loud. Furthermore the beds were too small (i am 1.80m tall), at least the wifi worked ;) I really thought long before writing this post about some positive aspects but i couldnt find any. So do yourself a favour and book another "hotel" Have fun in hk

部屋はともかく立地はGOOD + バスタオルが言わないと貸し出しがない、タオルもシーツも交換がなかった、 お湯が２分で水になる、１２Fの部屋だったが１４Fのフロントまで行くのにエレベーターが上に上がるボタンが無く一旦下まで降りて上がらないといけなかった。 但し、立地的にはかなり良く、寝るだけならまあまあ我慢の範囲内。

Very Unpleasant Service & living conditions, Tiny Dirty Shoebox accommodation! + 'Move inn' Hong Kong ('Happy Valley') Very Unpleasant Service & living conditions, Tiny Dirty Shoebox accommodation! Positives (Believe me I tried Hard to find one!)... 1. Close to the Busy shopping areas. Not attractions. Negatives (Where does one start!?) 1. After the huge struggle finally finding the place and enter the old Building through laughingly Rude 'security' then going to the 14th Floor. The whole place is in Desperate need of TLC Decoration, painting etc where only One Tiny old lift services the property ! 2. This place is Not a 'Hotel' or 'Guest House' as described but more like ancient apartment converted into Tiny rooms. Perhaps the Worse of its kind I have ever stayed at! 3. Receptionist (staffed mainly by a mainland China person) does not fully understand or speak English, but may be helpful at times when she's there and in a decent mood, which isn't very often. 4. Got What I Paid For in Hong Kong. + Small rooms, which were not cleaned during my stay. A usually unmanned front desk, but very well located. It wasn't overly noisy. There were supermarkets almost on the front door step. The hotel had free Wifi. It was 5 minutes walk from the Metro (Causeway Bay). The room was clean, I had hot water. I was never expecting much but was satisfied with what I paid considering the prices of Hong Kong Hotels.
