Clean and comfortable but did not feel welcoming + Very clean, comfortable bed, nicely decorated, close to supermarket − The multiple signs advising what was expected, what was not allowed etc - right down to the negative effects of dog urine on the gardens! Felt quite prescriptive. Did not meet owners or any staff in the two nights we were there.

Great location in central Lake Cathie as a comfortable affordable and well maintained facility. + Great location, well equipped and sized for overnight and 2 to 3 day stays. Walking distance to supermarket and coffee facilities and off road parking slots outside each cabin. Sort walking or driving distance to Lighthouse beach. − Some guests didn't read and understand the provided parking instructions meaning an overflow and knock on effect to others. Not a problem of the venue and one easily worked around by the quests.

Great cabins at Lake Cathie + Cabins are very well positioned in great location. Walking distance to Woolworths, Taven and beach. Cabins had everything you could want. Except a hair-dryer. Great Communal kitchen, outdoor showers for when you return from the beach - Located at front entrance. − The only thing I didn't like were the bed pillows. They were very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Lovely little cabin, just perfect for my stay in town + The cabin was very well appointed, had everything I could have needed, nice kitchen area as well. Comfortable bed. Cabin was in short walking distance to nice pizza place and woolworths which was very handy − I thought everything was good.
