Modern, clean, comfortable but check building details + The apartment had excellent facilities. The rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and having two bathrooms was fantastic. Everything was clean and neat. We loved having a washing machine. The proximity to the ocean is great and it is a nice (not short but not long) walk into the downtown. − The heated pool and hot tub were quite cold and the change rooms for that area were absolutely freezing. I went once during our stay and didn't go back. That's a real shame because the heated indoor pool was a huge draw card for us in booking. The room was super hard to find and staff were not helpful. If it's obvious your instructions are making no sense to the guest, get up and come show us where we go. Lifts were slow. We did not realise the apartment was not in the main building. This was an unpleasant surprise as it was a family trip and meant the other half of my family was in a completely different section …

+ Everything. Indoor pool was great and room was fantastic − Only issue was no lift to the apartment and 2 flights of stairs was very difficult with a pram (which we use as a bed)

Alana at mantra reception was not only efficient but friendly and helpful + Close to the sea − Courtyard apartment where the view is another apartment - I wrongly thought it meant courtyard Had I known I would not have booked

My go to place each time I'm in Port Macquarie + Always loving stay here and this would be our 12th time. The bed was very comfy. The view of the beach beautiful as usual. Facilities were clean. Car park was a blessing after the place we previously stayed at on this holiday. − Without a microwave over in a the small apartment I had to ask the receptionist to warm our meals which she kindly did.
