The accomodation is fine but too many rooms on site and outside noise is an issue + room was clean and comfortable − Noise from other patrons and no noise control by staff until we phoned to complain. Cars very close to rooms so very noisy when people leave early in the morning

+ Always love to stay here when in Shepparton, and have stayed many times, place lovely, friendly staff and great facilities − Was disappointed that they don’t have the cheese plate on offer in the restaurant anymore, was a tradition for many years to have the night before the Shepparton Running Festival

Nice place, 1 unpleasant person + It was a good room, the restaurant was also good. − 1 rude person at the front desk who didn’t know we were still using the room - before checkout - and made things very unpleasant for no reason. Then when we came down to leave she was bagging us for some alleged wrongdoing on our part. Everyone else was helpful and pleasant.

A fine place to stay in Shepparton + The staff were welcoming, polite, professional and helpful. The room was of a decent size, was clean and in good condition.The food at the restaurant was good. The hotel was conveniently close to the Shepparton Art Museum (SAM), which was the reason for our visit, but was also close to the station (about a fifteen minute walk) and the centre of town. − I can't think of anything that could have been better.
