  Disappointing Stay – Property Facilities and Service Below Expectations + The apartments are spacious with decent room sizes and balcony with views − Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and the facilities were below expectations. Basic kitchen items such as cups, plates, knives and forks were not provided and had to be requested. There were also no cleaning brushes or mops, while cleaning was only scheduled every three days, which was inconvenient as we were travelling with young children. We reported a broken shower head in the master bedroom from the first night, but it was never repaired. Several electrical sockets, USB ports and bedside lamps also did not work, leaving us with limited options to charge our devices. The TVs were outdated and not Smart TVs, with no access to YouTube or Netflix.   + We were delayed entering the apartment for an hour and a half because they claimed it wasn't ready, that the door needed maintenance and cleaning. They offered us two options: the apartment on the third floor or the apartment on the twelfth floor. When they finally told us we could enter and that it was ready, we went up to find it in a deplorable state of filth, with a foul odor and dirty bathrooms. − They didn't consider or respect that the booking had been made in advance and paid before arrival. I had three children with me who were tired of waiting inside the reception area and weren't even allowed to wait in the garden outside because the woman at reception refused them entry, even though the delay was on their end. They didn't tell us beforehand that we had to pay a 4000 lira deposit upon entry, a separate amount from the apartment's value.   Größter Fehler als Familie. + Die Größe der Zimmer hat uns positiv überrascht. − Die Sauberkeit war unter aller sau. Frühstück für diesen Preis ist sehr minimalistisch. Vor unserm Balkon, einer der hauptautobahnen, wo 24 Stunden durchgehend Verkehr und Stau ist. Die Nacht haben wir halbwegs geschlafen. Und am folgetag ausgecheckt. Meine Anfrage auf Rückerstattung auf die nachfolgenden Tage, wurde sofort abgelehnt. Der Betrag der nicht Rückerstattung wurde, tut einer 5 Köpfigen Familie schon weh.
