+ The location was near the sea. Like a 5-10 min walk. − For starters, the apartment had a very pungent mold smell. There was water on the bathroom ceiling coming from the apartment just above us, probably from the shower people took and water was dripping everywhere even near the ceiling’s lightning that of course has electricity running through it. The host never answered and simply ignored my ONE AND ONLY question in the whole stay, regarding the best way to get to the old town of Zadar because we wanted to see it. The bed had some sort of an over mattress and it had bumps. Sleeping on it was uncomfortable.

+ Location − We stayed in this apartment number 3. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted by a terrible smell, chemicals are used to kill mold, the windows are closed. If you are in the apartment, just look to the right after entering, you will notice mold. That day, they tried to hide the cleaning, mold, the ceiling is wet from the chemicals, the smell is terrible, the ceiling in the bathroom is also moldy. Then we booked the apartment for 3 people, we received two sets of bed linen. Therefore, 3 people had to sleep in one bed, because we did not want to use the third blanket without a cover because it had old yellow stains and old blood stains. It looked disgusting. When the agency contacted the owner, he didn't respond except for a message on booking saying sorry, sorry, maybe I can help, but I ordered 3 sets and didn't deliver, I wouldn't return, it's a complete mess, apart from the good location. These are the experiences of 2026-07-15.

Nie polecam + - − Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego apartamentu. Już od pierwszego dnia pojawiło się mnóstwo problemów. Płyta indukcyjna działa bardzo słabo – zagotowanie wody na makaron zajęło około godziny. Uchwyt od drzwi prysznicowych był urwany, a deska sedesowa była pęknięta i oderwana. Co gorsza, została po prostu położona na muszli, jakby wszystko było w porządku. Największym problemem były jednak mrówki – w apartamencie była ich cała masa, tworzyły wręcz “autostradę”. Po zgłoszeniu tego właścicielowi nie otrzymałam żadnej realnej pomocy ani rozwiązania problemu. Łóżko było mocno obdrapane i nosiło wyraźne ślady zużycia. Na tygodniowy pobyt zapewniono jedynie dwie rolki papieru toaletowego i jeden worek na śmieci. Jeśli planujecie dłuższy pobyt, musicie zaopatrzyć się we własne zapasy. Kolejna sprawa to parking. W ofercie jest informacja o darmowym miejscu parkingowym, jednak w praktyce nie ma wydzielonych miejsc. Przed budynkiem zmieszczą się zaledwie 2–3 samochody, a gdy są z…

City break w Villa Sonja + Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne, czyste i wystarczające dla dwóch osób. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Duży plus za mały taras otoczony kwiatami. Bardzo blisko sklepy i piękne plaże. − Niestety daleko do centrum, ale rezerwując to miejsce, wiedzieliśmy o tym.

Rodacy Polacy - NIE POLECAM − Otrzymaliśmy zupełnie inny apartament (gorszy), Uwagi zostały zgłoszone pierwszego dnia i właściciel nie zaproponował żadnego dogodnego rozwiązania , ani zmiany apartamentu na ten właściwy ani żadnej innej rekompensaty. Również brakowało kołdry dla wszystkich osób, apartament nie chciał od razu jej dostarczyć , musieliśmy dopraszać się cały jeden dzień i dopiero na drugi dzień kołdra została walnięta pod drzwi bez żadnej informacji w worku na śmieci.. w łazience cały sufit był w grzybie. Grzyb przechodził do kolejnego pomieszczenia (korytarza) . Podsumowując , nie polecam.

+ Poloha − Ubytovanie obstarava agentúra Adex, je to čistá katastrofa, komunikujú na úrovni ano nie, hlásilo som problem hneď po ubytovani, v izbe cislo3, ked sa pustila sprcha tak vedľa z odtoku vychádzal odpad a nie lenže voda, ale normálne bordel a smrad, poslali dvoch chlapcov, ktory vošli obuty do sprchy prečistiť ten odtok, s tým, že tam nechali pordel z toho odtoku!! Na gauči v obývačke biele fľaky nevycistene, Agentúra to vobedz neriesi a ani vam na to nedá vysvetlenie. Komunikácia 0! A samozrejme dan za noc mi strhli za 3noci my sme boli 2noci, 8km som musel ist do centra aby mi vrátili poplatok, čo ťa pani tam ani len prepáčte alebo niečo, vyhnite sa tomuto ubytovaniu, ako sa len dá a aj trj agentúre!!
