+ A charming stay in the heart of Nuwara Eliya with a classic, colonial feel. The property is well-located and offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The weather and overall setting made the experience even more special. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Food was good. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Mükemmel + Kesinlikle en iyi otel deneyimlerinden biriydi. Otel’in harika bir mimari konsepti var. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve çok iyi hissettiriyor. Havuz ısıtmalı olduğu için akşam hava soğukken bile yüzebiliyorsunuz. Sabah bali masajı yaptırdık ve harikaydı. Akşam yemeği 10/10. Kahvaltı 8/10. Yemeklerin servisleri, sunumları ve lezzetleri harika. Odalar konforlu. Buradan çok memnun ayrıldım. Kesinlikle daha fazla vakit geçirmek isterdim. − Yok

Fabulous setting and quiet place gives you a royal feel + Fabulous location , neat and clean place with courteous forthcoming staff. The gardens and lawns are picturesque amply suiting abs engaging views of the beauty of the hills of nuwara Elia − Since it’s a property having only eight rooms the rooms are small and a bit constricted. In the summer or beginning of rains does get humid and warm no facility for aircon or ceiling fans. However the staff was kind enough to arrange for a pedestal fan thereby constricting the space further. Breakfast menu is fixed and served pre plated (Menu fixe servi à l’assiette) better local options exist outside the property.

Fantastic, value for money. + Beautiful location overlooking the valley and the race course. It is indeed a palace. − It was offseason, availability of staff were an issue at times. However, the staff was very cordial and excellent.

We had a pleasant extraordinary stay in the westbury palace hotel. Everything is exceptional. + Helpful, courteous and efficient staffs. Superb scenic place! Cozy, royal and peaceful place! − Some Bedspreads are dirty and stained badly. Also it would be better if they have variety of menu.

Terrible! Absolutely awful − The worst I have ever stayed, never in my life I have stayed in a hotel so old, and broken, starting from the towel hanger to the flask, and even the shower gel pot, everything is broken….and so dirty!
