+ Everything was excellent. We have really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and clean. All the instructions given were really easy to understand. I would definitely choose this place again to stay there. Even the neighbourhood is pretty clean and quiet.

Disappointment − Do not trust Sunset Park Villas especially not "Zoe "and "Maria". i have booked twice the exact same room throu booking under specific written confirmation in whatts up by zoe and by maria to cancell the first reservation and refund me through booking but made 2 mistakes: trusting Zoe and Maria and coresponding with them through whattsup. for 3 mounth and 5 emails from booking they still refuse to confirm booking the refund and keep the double payment for themselves while booking do not accept whattsup confirmation ..

− The privacy near the pool wished it was more as the neighbours from both sides could see everything if trees or something were added would be great but overall everything was great

+ A beautifully designed and executed contemporary villa home, with spaces that are clearly well thought out. It's located on a small street full of holiday homes, giving it the feel of a quiet little US style neighbourhood. The area was very quiet, hosting mainly families, which made for a relaxed stay. Location wise, a car is recommended to get around, but with one, both the city centre and Peyia are just 15 minutes away. Overall, a great option for families looking for a peaceful, well designed villa in a quiet setting.

+ Ήταν άνετο, καθαρό με ικανοποιητικές παροχές. − Είχε προβλήματα συντήρησης, το πόμολο της πόρτας είχε πρόβλημα, τα φώτα στην πισίνα δεν άναβαν, η σκάλα της πισίνας ήθελε διόρθωση, όταν έκανες μπάνιο έτρεχε νερό από τις μπριζες στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Μιλήσαμε με τον υπεύθυνο και έφτιαξε το πόμολο. Τα φώτα στην πισίνα έπρεπε να αδειάσει για να φτιαχτούν. Την σκάλα και το νερό στις μπριζες είπε θα ερχόταν την τελευταία μέρα αλλά δεν ήρθε μέχρι να φύγουμε. Μας είχε αφήσει έξτρα δύο ώρες late check out λόγω αυτών των προβλημάτων. Είναι καλό σπίτι αλλά θέλει συντήρηση σε αρκετά πράγματα και ειδικά για τα λεφτά που δίνεις.
