Never be back + How close it was to coral bay − The first room was disgusting, they then moved us to a better room, 3 flights of stairs for 2 x 60+ year olds wasn't ideal. You have to run all taps for 15 minutes to get hot water, then a further 15 to get back to cold water. Judging by the fact that Cyprus is well known for water shortages that is unbelievable. The pool was in a very poor state of repair so didn't use it. The small pool was blocked off. The photos on the sight show about 30 - 40 sunbeds, there was one that can be moved and 3 frames of 3 beds. If you are coming on holiday DO NOT COME HERE.

Bates Motel + Nothing. We left after 4 hours of arriving amd booked elsewhere. − This is more like Bates Motel than anything else. Dirty, no staff to help and scary. No communication. An old vending machine. There were broken beads and dirt in the pool. The kids pool was empty and taped off. Pool chairs were broken. My child got a body rash from the pool. We also had property stolen during the 4 hours we were there. I had very unhelpful communication regarding a possible refund or help with stolen property. The police also arrived while we were there as there were other issues happening with guests.

Malheureusement, tout le reste est très décevant. Les photos et les avis présents sur Booking ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. L'hôtel ne ressemble pas du tout à ce qui est présenté. Nous sommes restés 11 jours et la femme de ménage n'est passée qu'une seule fois. Chaque jour, lorsque nous demandions des informations à l'accueil, on nous répondait « aujourd'hui », mais rien n'était fait. Les canapés et les matelas étaient sales et dans un état déplorable. Il n'y avait pas de cuisine, ni de petit-déjeuner, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. L'hôtel semblait complètement désert, sans véritable service ni personnel disponible. Les prestations et les commodités proposées ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression d'avoir été trompés. Je déconseille forteme…

Room infested with COCKROACHES + view and spaciousness − The room was infested with COCKROACHES!! filthy trash bins under the plastic bags, with cockroaches. water in bath not draining. filthy slide rails of doors and windows. terrible uncomfortable unclean mattresses, shaky beds. got teo single beds despite specifically booking and ordering a double bed. this place is a disgrace. Since we had no other option (they offered another place of theirs, with terrible reviews), we stayed there the night.

+ The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. I really enjoyed the nice view and the good value for the price. A special thanks to the gentleman at reception Hanuman who helped me order food — he was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the affordable price. − The hotel could use some renovation and updating, as some areas look a little old and could be improved.
