+ The service was good. The room was clean. Had all the facillities. We were satisfied.

+ The room was overall clean and comfortable. The location of hotel was very near to the metro station. The balcony part also was an advantage. The AC worked well. − The bathroom facilities have not worked properly. The door was not closed and also the shower door has not worked and after having a shower more than 10 minutes all bath was flooded by the water. We talked about it at reception, but they did not give any solution and when we asked at least for new towels, they said that they don't have it. So, during our 3 days stay we have to not take a shower, because we even did not have new towels. Also, the room was not cleaned every day. These things can be normal in case of 2-star hotel, but when you book a 4-star hotel, you should not face to these kinds of problems.

+ Nothing − I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel to anyone; it completely lacks service, proper hospitality, and respect for the customer—everything is at a zero level. The administration staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing; when we checked out, the receptionist didn't even inspect the room, yet some time later, they started calling and demanding money, claiming we had supposedly damaged the room's inventory. In short, I do not recommend it to anyone and If you stay, be sure to ask the receptionist to inspect and formally accept the room until check-out to avoid such a situation.

Не советую никому + Завтрака не было,комнаты чистые,но за время нашего проживания даже полотенца не меняли,вода в душе уходила ну очень долго,а за уборку вообще молчу так как ее не было,бассейн был платным и не просто платным ,а 30лари в час с каждого гостя,но когда мы хотели все-таки его заказать ,он у них не работал!локация ужасная ,вид внутреннего двора,на завод какой то заброшенный,вид с другой стороны на дорогу , − Что букинг не пишет,что бассейн платный и сколько это стоит
