+ Amazing service! The General Manager was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and have great views. Overall, a wonderful experience! − The mattress was not comfortable. There was a lot of loud noise from wood-cutting. Internet on and off all time not possible to rely on it and to work.

מושלם + המלון מציע בדיוק את מה שמשפחה צריכה: חדר משפחתי גדול, מרווח ונוח, עם מרפסת מקסימה ונדנדה מול נוף הרים עוצר נשימה. החדר היה מאובזר היטב, נקי ונעים מאוד, והרגשנו שחשבו על כל פרט כדי להפוך את השהות לנוחה למשפחה. הילדים נהנו במיוחד מהבריכה המקורה והגדולה, שפתוחה עד שעות מאוחרות, ואנחנו נהנינו מהמסעדה הטעימה מאוד ומהאווירה החמה והמיוחדת של המקום. תודה אישית וענקית למנהל, טודו, על יחס יוצא דופן, אישי ומכבד. הוא דאג לצרכים המיוחדים שלנו כשומרי כשרות ושבת, עזר בכל דבר שביקשנו ונתן לנו תחושה אמיתית של בית. אם אתם מגיעים למסטיה עם משפחה, זה המלון שאני הכי ממליץ עליו. בהחלט נחזור שוב. − טיפה רחוק מהמרכז ברגל אבל המלון מציע שירות הסעה בחינם כך שזה לא חיסרון!

+ Though located somewhat outside the city centre, the hotel makes up for it with a free shuttle service transporting guests to downtown and adjacent neighbourhoods. Service stood out positively. Staff members helped deliver luggage to our room and took the initiative to tell us about the history behind the in‑room wine. Front‑desk team were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide, generous selection. − The room uses a portable air‑conditioner. While it cools adequately, the unit creates fairly loud operating noise at night, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

מקום מושלם! + הכל! המלון המפנק, הבריכה היפה, היחס של הצוות, הסבלנות אלינו עם הילדים הצעקנים שלנו, שאחת גם הגדילה לעשות ושפכה כוס קפה על הספה בלובי. הגעתי עם פעוט בן 2.5 לאחר חשיפה לכלב חשוד שהיה זקוק לחיסוני כלבת. ביקשתי מהצוות עוד לפני שהגענו לעזור לי מול המרכז הרפואי במסטיה לוודא שיש חיסונים זמינים עבורו והם הרגיעו אותי שידאגו לנו להכל. כשהגענו לצ'ק אין עוד לפני שהספקתי להגיד משהו שאלו אותי מתי אני רוצה להגיע לבית החולים. הנהג לקח אותי והציע גם להישאר ולחכות לי עד שנסיים עם החיסון. באמת שאין לי מילים על המלון המדהים והצוות המושלם הזה! הילדים שלי כבר השביעו אותי שנחזור שןב!!!
