+ It's a relatively new hotel so the condition is great. It's easy to park. Lots of restaurants around although most of we headed to Bentong town itself (10 to 15 min drive) for local delights. It's very near attractions like Chamang waterfall and hot springs.

Decent stay with basic requirements fulfilled + Very near to Golden court restaurant (which was the reason why I booked this hotel - attend a wedding dinner). It's just across the street without much walking required. Lots of fast food and bubble tea nearby, quite convenient (dobi, mr.diy etc) to support your last minute needs. Room is quite small with limited walking space, booked business suite and the desk was quite accommodating. Only downsides: water pressure low, room facing a restaurant's back so got some oily smell in the room from time to time, room small, no toothbrush provided, booked 2 nights and they only granted my access card for one night - was surprised when I couldn't enter the room 😅

Simple & Approachable + New, clean, spacious room & bathroom. Toiletries provided. Parking just around the block. Lift which really appreciate by the elderly guests . Walking distance to the restaurants nearby . Various choice of fast food, coffee cafe and necessities for the guests.

+ Budget accommodation beyond expectations. Clean, neat and practical. Bathroom for a family room was of a good size although the room itself was not that spacious. Providing face towels and toothbrushes were a bonus.

Not good. + Very basic room. Shower sometimes not working and when it did, poor water pressure. Wash basin one tap with very poor flow of cold water. Towels very thin and old,

One night stopover. + Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby.
